[redacted] contacted us on October 24, 2014 at 9:45 AM CST, to inform us of the error that resulted in him being charged again. We confirmed that it was an accounting error that resulted in his account not being terminated before, and that we had fully resolved...

the issue while he was on the phone. He spoke to one of our customer service agents who immediately terminated his account and all billing records, and processed a refund in the full amount of $113.85, as of Oct 24 2014 10:15:29 AM. He no longer has any active billing records or accounts with us, and his information has made inaccessible to us, per his request. [redacted] may see a delay in being able to view this credit on his billing statement, depending on the policies of his specific bank/credit card, but the issue was fully resolved on our end, prior to his complaint filing with the Revdex.com.  From the complaint that was filed, we believe that this addresses all raised concerns, but if there are any outstanding concerns, please let us know so that we can resolve them as soon as possible.

My research shows two charges that were made in error, so we have issued a check in the name of [redacted] for a total of $191.70 for the two charges.
