After re-roofing, porch roof has continued to leak for almost years, calls for service have been met with silence, lies, and profanity As of June 2013, I witnessed water leaking down the interior side of a recently repaired porch roofThe roof was re-roofed in February and warranted for yearsOCCS made multiple repairs from 2013-and throughout that time, the roof still leakedAreas of beadboard and trim damaged by black mold were not replaced, only painted overThe beadboard soffit was not installed per manufacturer specifications so joints don't line up and the centers sagThroughout this transaction, people have entered my property without permission, even after explicitly being told NOT to do thatI was accused of falsifying a claim and had to provide a cleared check to establish that OCCS was in fact paid (the check image was provided 3/2014)I have sent multiple emails requesting service (email threads at a minimum)I have made multiple telephone calls, m
I contracted this organization to complete a re-roof on a property of mine They opened the permits and started the work but left the roof exposed for almost weeks I have been told on numerous of occasions that this would be completed and every date that I was told it would be completed would come and go and yet no results I call and speak to the office manager "Lilly" who would tell me Tom would call me back yet I would not get any returned call My roof is now exposed to all of the weather conditions and now has the potential of gaining interior mold issues because of this The county filed a $3,fine on the company because workers were working without workman's compensation insurance and then I found out the roof failed inspection
