Very poorly run company I am forced to use this company as an injured worker. Have had nothing but trouble getting the right supplies I ordered .sometimes calling 3 times to get the order corrected

Review: One call medical refuses to bill my secondary insurance as every provider has and so does Heights imaging which is who they are billing for!Desired Settlement: I would like them to bill my secondary insurances as their company they are collectting for Heights imaging advertise that they will bill all insurance companies!I will be more than happy to pay whatever is left after my health insurance pays what they will!Had they done this like every provder has,they would of been paid the remainder already!Plus they are not sending me any actual bills and I also requested just to get rid of this company that if they send me a letter stating that $ the amount of $167.77 that they are requesting will satisfy any and all services performed on me by Heights inmagingand all associates of heights imaging on the date of service,I will just send them the money that they shouldnt be getting until the bill my health insurance!This is the only company left out of 7 or 8 that refuses to bill the secondary insurance.thats why this is the only bill remaining because of theiir unethical practices!

In order to bill entities like Medicare for secondary insurance, health care providers need to be authorized and recognized by such entities for secondary billing purposes. One Call Care Management is a national specialty network, not a health care provider, and is not able to bill for secondary insurance.

The complainant has corresponded directly through email with associates from One Call’s Finance team who have responded to the complainant’s concerns. One Call has provided copies to the complainant of all documentation needed for the complainant to file a claim to his secondary insurance carrier. On October 18, 2013, the complainant informed One Call via email that he will file a claim to Medicare; the complainant also said that once he finds out what his carrier pays, he will then reach out to One Call to discuss payment options.
