One Call Service Group

On March 27, I filed a claim with First American Home Warranty for my heaterThey assigned OneCall to the serviceHe came that day and worked with FAH to order the partI can't get him to return my calls the First American can't get in touch with himIt's been over a month and my heater still isn't fixed

This business is a contractor for First American Home Warranty After they conducted a service call for the house on a HVAC issue, Mr Ctold me that he would get with the warranty company about other issues, specifically duct and inside heating unit that needed to be replaced After talking with him on the phone he told us that he would get with the warranty company It took a month of him not returning any calls and basically ignoring us for me to find out he never got together with the warranty company Very poorly and unprofessional company My main issue is now with the warranty company, but I wanted this action on record for others to be aware of this company

In days it will be a month since we have seen or heard anything from "One Call Service Group." They were assigned to me by my home warranty company The provided a service call and ordered parts for my A/C and now almost days later I still have no working AC and can't get anyone to return my calls There is absolutely no excuse for why a return call couldn't have been given I would not recommend this to anyone that wants their job completed Many many problems reported with this company everywhere you look online Do yourself a favor and call someone else

on the 27th of March this company did some repair work on my acI called my warranty company and they agreed to pay for repairsI would have a fee of about to pay out of pocketthe work was done and complete on the 27th of MarchI have made several attempts to get a receiptI spoke to a lady in the office and she informed me that she had no record of my repairs

I contacted my warranty co., First American Homebuyers, on 6/22/to report water leaking on my front porchThe year prior this occurred, I another company came out, clear the blockage, and advised that my primary line for the air conditioning unit was blocked which causes it to back up on the front porchTypically when the warranty codispatches a contractor they will follow up within hours, some sooner although I believe they have hoursI began calling One Call Service group the next day but could never get an answerI left a voicemail but did not receive a return callI waited until Friday 6/around 11:00am and contacted the warranty coto ask if they could dispatch a different companyThe repplaced me on hold, called, and informed me that she was bale to get in contact with someone who would be calling meI did not rec
