One Call Wireless

On September 18, 2014, I,[redacted], Jr., went into[redacted]-One Call Wireless and paid for repair services for my [redacted], using[redacted]. Moreover, my screen was out of commission and I couldn't see anything, but only could hear my cellular phone ring. As a result,[redacted], the owner of the[redacted]-One Call Wireless located at[redacted], TN 38109, charged me $185.00 to repair and also convinced me into paying another phone case on a discount for $15.00, totaling $200.00 even. [redacted] tell me that it would take a couple of hours to repair the [redacted]. On the other hand,[redacted] and other employees at the company, has been giving me the run around, with fixing my cellular for an entire week. Everytime I come to the company, either the doors are locked during normal business hours or the employee(s)and/or[redacted] tell me to return at a later time. Once, I arrive at the time that scheduled to return, again; the company is locked with the lights off on the inside, but the "OPEN" light for business is lighted up. This morning, September 22, 2014, as I waiting outside the establishment during normal business hours, it is locked again! One of the employees, who has a key to open the business, and opens the door in my face, states that he doesn't work for the company, stating that he is going to locked to door again. Asked me to return at 1:00pm, when[redacted] return for the hospital. I replied that his personally life doesn't have anything to do with the operation of business.
