Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This business is trying to manipulate this situation
those were some of the images that I sent as he asked me to send ALL PICTURES I HAD AND THEY WOULD SELECT FROM THEM
those examples he sent were never posted nor were they the issue
the issue was that they had many hi quality professional HEADSHOTS TO POST and they chose a subpar image to represent my profile
when I asked him to change the headshot to one that WE BOTH AGREED UPON AS WE HAD DISCUSSED, he say no and that either it was his choice or he would not represent me
he is blatantly lying about the sequence of events and the reason for us parting ways...he has sent you images that were included in my package to him BUT WERE NEVER INTENDED TO BE MADE PUBLIC ON HIS SITE...rather they were sent to him because he told me "I HAVE CLIENTS THAT BOOK ADULT WORK AND I WILL KEEP THESE ON FILE IN CASE THEY WANT YOUR LOOK"
again the issue was that he chose a headshot of me that was poor in quality and when I objected he stated we could no longer do business...upon reviewing the non professional pictures he had displayed on his site of amateur models it became clear that he knew nothing of photography despite his lofty claims...I WAS DENIED THE PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON ABILITY TO REQUEST A CHANGE IN MY PROFILE AVATAR PICTURE, PLAIN AND SIMPLE
I did sign a contract and he breeched it by posting a subpar headshot and then denying me the right to have a say in which image was chosen
he is a very good liar as example of this response he sent you
I am still standing by my complaint and vehemently disagree with him being able to say he is part of the Revdex.com
his deceitful business ethics are further supported by the fact that your agency had to hunt him down as the address and ifo he had on file was wrong and an obvious facade
he in essence stole $from me but is no longer the point, the point is other models will fall victim to his scam
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

I will not send anything until I have signed statements with the date and them holding their ID next to it I am including the contact info I have for them..Miss Lauras email :

Anthony Greens contact info:

I hope this helps some of you get a resolve to the issues we all have dealt with.. I just appreciate seeing this before I sent any money

So I’m new to modeling and a majority of the gigs I find are on Craigslist. I know what you may be thinking— Craigslist is almost always a scam— but I actually managed to find several decent paying legitimate modeling gigs on Craigslist. So when I came across a posting for an A-list music video I figured, why not apply? When I applied I was told I was corresponding with someone named Denise Tabor. She then directed me to the website for one choice management where I had to fill out a super long application.

A few weeks later I was contacted by someone named Anthony Green. He said in ordeto work with him I would need to give him 1,000 compcards a month. I don’t know if any of you are familiar with the cost of printing but to print a colored copy at kinkos on basic photo paper costs $1. Therefore, 1,000 copies would cost $1,000 plus tax! And he wanted that MONTHLY! The only other option would mean giving him my credit card information for him to charge me a hundred dollars for compcards and without even a guarantee of work.

He had his assistant Laura Marlowe send me a contract and I emailed her back and told her there was no way I was spending $12,000 on compcards a year and I did not have the type of cash on hand to just shell out hundred of dollars. She never got back to me so I figured well I guess they’re not interested in me since I don't have the money. A few months went by and I continued to apply for modeling jobs and, one day, I received an email from a perspective job stating that Anthony Green contacted other talent agencies and called me unprofessional and difficult to work with and had black listed me.

I was so confused as to how I was difficult to work with after refusing to shell out that sort of cash. If you come into contact with these people— DONT give them your credit card information, DONT sign anything and definitely DONT communicate with them in any way shape or form because he will bad mouth you and it could prevent you from getting any work.

Review: I am a professional model/actress, [redacted] and published...

I am not agency represented at the moment and was perusing [redacted] to find freelance modeling/acting jobs.

I answered an ad for models to cast for a new Mens magazine and I received a reply from [redacted], that I was to go to One Choice Managements website and complete their online application to be considered for the casting.

I did so, and several days later, received an email from [redacted] of One Choice Management, offering to represent me in a non exclusive contract. I received the contract and read it thoroughly as did my [redacted], and I called [redacted] to discuss details.

It was in this first phone conversation that [redacted] clearly told me that as the contract stated, I had a choice of either providing 1000 composite cards and 100 headshots to his agency or to pay $100 to [redacted] and [redacted] of [redacted], for the purpose of "building and future upkeep of my online portfolio. (please note I still have all emails pertaining to this).

I elected to pay the sum of $100 to [redacted] though [redacted] and I started to check for my online portfolio which was not put up until two days later.

When I initially spoke with [redacted] he clearly told me that my avatar, which is the important representative FIRST picture people see, would be up to me and that I should name the jpeg of the image I chose to represent me, "FAVORITE" so that [redacted] would know to create my avatar from that image, when she designed my online portfolio. [redacted] also told me to send all my images and he and his staff would decide which should go into portfolio, again the avatar was to be my choice.

I checked the websire repeated over the next three days and on the third day I saw my image on the site yet it was not the image I chose.

Let me say here, I am a [redacted] model, and I model nudes as well as sportswear etc...

The images I sent to [redacted] were BOTH headshots (pictures of my face ONLY) and body pictures. The body pictures were both nudes and dressed and the some of the nudes were photoshopped to make them PG rated (both the PG and R rated versions were sen as [redacted] instructed me to do. Let me be clear...MY HEADSHOTS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND HD AND USED FOR MY PROMOTION.

The image [redacted] and his staff chose to post as my avatar, was an amateur full body shot from the back, with only my face partially showing...this is a deficit as I am a FACE model and my face is my selling characteristic....this detail was told specifically to [redacted] BEFORE I signed the contract and paid the $100 set up/maintenance fee.

I called [redacted] and asked that he remove the sub par picture (which was sent to be posted inside my portfolio NOT as avatar).

He told me it was the ONLY PICTURE GOOD ENOUGH to be used. He went on to say my others were either too explicit or not good enough quality and HE REFUSED TO CHANGE THE AVATAR AS WAS PROMISED IN OUR INITIAL CONVERSATION, and again this point was crucial to me signing the contract as I insist upon retaining certain authority over my promotional materials.

I replied that the majority of the models' pictures posted on his site were obviously amateur and low resolution, in comparison to my PROFESSIONAL HD shots...this is not only my opinion but can be determined by downloading the images and allowing the photo software to calculate dimensions, pixels etc. which I did. I made this comparison ONLY to refute [redacted] reason as to why my chosen PROFESSIONAL headshot was denied.

He went on to say that he would not change my avatar, period at which time I told him that was a breech of our initial and pertinent verbal agreement and that I did not want his agencies representation any longer. I felt and still do feel that the judgement used in this was indicative of his professional aptitude in assessing me as a talent and would not facilitate me getting work.

I also told [redacted] that I wanted a partial refund, and he said it was non refundable by contract BUT I COULD TRY TO ASK [redacted] DIRECTLY which was impossible as he did not give me her contact information when I wrote him requesting it....an obvious and deliberate action to deter my efforts in negotiating a refund

We ended the conversation agreeing to terminate our contract together, and [redacted] emailed me a letter stating such as well as the reason for the termination as "This cancelation is due to the difference in opinion about your avatar that was used on the website"...which was only partially correct.

I recognize that the fee of $100 is non refundable according to the contract I signed HOWEVER, I signed said contract after being promised that I could chose my crucial avatar and retain certain creative control and input regarding my online profile.

Also my avatar with INCOMPLETE portfolio was uploaded and "live" FOR LESS THAN 48 HOURS.

Because of these reasons, I wrote [redacted] asking him to kindly prorate the $100 fee and give me a partial refund.

Again while it was contracted as non refundable, I did not receive the service I agreed to and I feel proper business protocols suggest a partial refund is in order.

As I said, I wrote [redacted] several times and called trying to allow his company to resolve this, and I never received any reply nor acknowledgment.

I also informed [redacted] that I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com, and still no reply from him, nor his representatives.

I feel [redacted] acting as [redacted] and agent of One Choice Management, has acted in an unethical business manner, and secured my $100 fee under false pretense based upon our initial, crucial first conversation.

I am seeking to be made whole with a prorated partial refund.Desired Settlement: I recognize that the fee of $100 is non refundable according to the contract I signed HOWEVER, I signed said contract after being promised that I could chose my crucial avatar and retain certain creative control and input regarding my online profile.

Review: I was put on a blacklist because I did not pay for a portfolio which I did not have the money for upfront. I told the [redacted] that I was moving to Atlanta, and he insisted on getting my webpage started. I was not able to come up with the whole $200 so my payments were being split into 2. Not one full day passed where I didn't pay $100 and I was contacted and told that they are not interested in me as a talent. I was contacted by the referring agency that I'm on international blacklist, which will keep me from getting into mainstream entertainment. I think that its wrong because Im not working with him, he doesn't want anyone else to employ me in the industry. I think its bad business practices, and everyone should be aware of modeling agencies before applying.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to remove me from the international blacklist so that I can find work in the entertainment industry. I do not owe this man anything. I told him I was in process of moving and he went and had my webpage done after I told him I did not have the money.

Review: This firm does NOT exist in the space they are claiming Anthony Green is really in Atlanta. The company phone is a google number that actually belongs to this number ###-###-#### He solicited me to join his firm through a partner named [redacted] from a new Orleans craigslist post. I signed a contract, paid for services (a portfolio) I never received. I check with new York state and he is not a registered agent or agency. When I asked him about it he said he wont give me my money back even though he told me before I paid I could be refunded if ever dissatisfied. I am dissatisfied with no refund or no portfolio. I paid $100 via green dot and I still have the green dot information. His site is hosted by godaddy and everything on it is fraud. If you have been in business since 1990 you would have some sort of accreditation by now. I am filing this complaint, I have filed with the fbi and I want my money back and to press federal charges against the ss.Desired Settlement: charges against this man and (non existent) company as well as a refund.
