I understand the process, but I don't think it is completeOn the Swyft Filings site it says I am supposed to receive the original copy by "First Class Shipping and Handling"I haven't received the documentsThey are available online, but I want the originalMy other issue is that my corporate record still only reflects the Name ReservationOur status should say "Exists" with an entity ID, our status says "Name Reservation" with no entity idI paid for expedited processing and I don't think it was expeditedI've contacted the state and verified that the Certificate of Formation was received, but I have not been able to verify that the process was expeditedThe "Accepted" stamp on the documents is from the records clerk, not from the Secretary of State. I'm not trying to be difficultIf you can upload the check or receipt showing paying for the Filing Fees and then expedited fee I will acknowledge the problem is with the state and not Swyft Filings

carefully reviewed your order and it appears that we had your filing approved with the state in the time we quoted you when you placed your orderWe received your order on January 1st at 2:PM with RUSH processing which quotes a turnaround time of - business daysThis means your filing should be approved by the state no later than January 15thWe had your filing approved on January 14thWe processed your order and submitted it to the state minutes after you placed your order at 3:PM as you can see in your online account under the Order Status sectionThe state of Alabama requires two separate filings to be submitted, one to the state office and the other to the Judge of Probate located in the county of your business addressUnfortunately we received notice from the Judge of Probate office that their credit card machine was down and if we wanted to proceed with the filing we would need to mail in a checkAs soon as we received this notice we mailed the check using 2-Day Air in order for your filing to still be processed in the time promisedHere is the link to the tracking number which included the check: ***. And here is the link to the state database which shows your corporation as an approved business in the state of Alabama since January 1st 2016: ***.Regarding the electronic delivery of your Articles of Incorporation, the state does not email or transmit the document in an electronic formatOnce a filing has been approved in Alabama, they send your Articles by postal mail and it usually takes - business days to be deliveredOn January 22nd we received your Articles of Incorporation from the state and within minutes of the document arriving at our office we had already scanned and created the electronic version which was immediately uploaded to your accountWe also sent you an email letting you know that this document was uploaded and the email included a direct download link for you to access the fileFor your reference, I have attached the email to this message which was sent to you as soon as we uploaded your Articles to your online account.Again, I am very sorry that you feel we did not meet your expectations but I believe there just may have been some miscommunication that caused you to feel your filing was not completed on timeIf there is anything we can do to answer your questions or concerns, please let me know, I will be more than happy to do so
