I called the company and never received my card which was promised. Also, I am asking for the fees and the transaction amount of 33.23. I have a letter from Amazon which the transaction amounts are not my fault.
Our customer service team reviewed the cardholder's complaint.
The cardholder's account shows that we reversed $10 in transaction fees from 1/21/2020 and 1/23/2020 on 3/2/2020 and 3/3/2020.
We do not see a transaction amount of $33.23 on the cardholder's account.
We did see a charge for $25.12 on 1/22/2020. A provisional credit was given to the cardholder in the amount of $25.12 on 3/6/2020.
We believe that the cardholder's concerns have been properly and timely resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions of the cadholder's card program.
