3/27/20141)Our warranty is to the original owner and must be accompanied with a receipt which is also a care form. Which ensures they properly know how to care for their reglazed surface of which she is not the original owner2)We were in fact willing to actually take a look at...

the damage for her on 3/1/2014 as a courtesy when we spoke with her. I explained as a courtesy we would come by and take a quick look and if simple we would give her a FREE touch up, but if more extensive she would have to pay, also told her she was not using the proper cleansers based on our conversation of which she changed her mind 3x on what she was using it went from an Organic cleanser" TO "REGUALR BAR SOAP" THEN SHE WAS NT SURE as well that would have been indicated on a receipt if she had one. She was not at all happy about what I had to say and was, to say the least not happy with me "[redacted]" and told me she would call me back and never did so we didn't go. At this point we are unable to help herOur receipt/care form also states this information and in fact if she has one as she told us she did not, but she told you she does in her letter, she would be well aware of our policy and care procedures and in fact I was doing her a favor by accommodating her and there was no reason for her to be extremely rude and abrupt as well as speaking down to us over the phone.On another NOTE: We just got this letter from the post office you are mailing correspondence to an old address, please send all correspondence to : [redacted], PA [redacted] the address you are using no longer has a forward on it and was lucky to get your request for information please correct your records thank you.

[redacted] (owner) made false statements in regard to the following points:
1.) He stated his receipt explains the fact that his warranty only applies to the original owner and it does not. I am, in fact, in possession of it and I've attached it for reference. If for any reason it is unclear, I can mail a copy. I do not, however, have the care information.
2.) He stated I changed my mind three times about how I was caring for the tub, and this is 100% wrong. I stated I was only using a non-abrasive soap sm remover from Method which is a plant-based product.
3.) He stated I was to call him back, (I can't imagine why) but in fact, we had made an appointment for his business to visit my home on Saturday, March 1st between the hours of 9am and 1pm. No one showed up or called. Regards,[redacted]
