My vehicle was towed The towing company would not give me proof that he could legally tow it My vehicle was towed on 5/5/ I did not see signs that the space I was parked in would be towed because the signs were at the ends of about parking spaces When I paid to have it released, I requested a copy of the contract he had with the property owner or some other proof that he could legally tow my vehicle He would not give me anything and said to request it in writing He told me he had his own "cooling down" period I requested this information in writing but did not hear anything I then called the office and talked to a woman that told me the owner was very busy I waited longer and still have not heard back from the owner of the towing company Each instance was within several weeks of each other Now it is October and I am submitting this request through the Revdex.com hoping to hear something from this company - One Direct Towing and Storage LLC

On Wednesday, November 9, at approximately 4:p.mOne Direct Towing was called out to assist my daughter who had a tire blow out ODT was to tow my daughter to *** in ***, NC ODT towed my daughter to the designated place and had her sign a form without giving her a copy, etc Since my daughter was distraught over the experience she did not remember to ask for the invoice (I had prearranged with ODT to pay over the phone once my daughter was towed) Minutes after dropping my daughter's car off to ***, ODT began calling me demanding payment As I was in my vehicle on my way to a meeting I asked that they either text or email me a copy of the invoice for my records and once I received that I would make the payment ODT threatened to go to the police and come back and take my daughter's vehicle away from the *** parking lot if payment was not made, refusing to send me a copy of the invoice I reluctantly made the payment however have never rec
