Mr B [redacted] called me to discuss my complaint After a brief discussion Mr B [redacted] told me he would look into my claims and contact me on Wednesday January 18, He did not contact me on Wednesday, and has yet to make contact with me to resolve this issue I had advised Mr B [redacted] that the damage to my plug wire was a result of improper removal procedure, as well the prices for the Spark Plugs were excessive (around 300%) markup, and the plug wires were (around 100%) markup Mr B [redacted] stated that the cashier should have verified the pricing on these parts and made the necessary corrections I informed Mr B [redacted] that I was aware on the prices for over the counter to the public pricing from [redacted] (the vendor who Superior tire got the parts from) I also informed Mr B [redacted] that the plug wires on my Vehicle were tested and were not defective in any way I believe that the damage to my spark plug wires could have been prevented if properly removed which would have prevented the damage to one wire which forced me to purchase a complete new set of wires Superior Tire should have verified the prices for the Spark Plugs and Spark Plug wires before presenting a final bill All work performed on my vehicle did not correct the cause of my issues and was not properly evaluated and were performed based on assumptions As a result of the improper diagnosis, out of line and extremely excessive pricing I am now demanding a full and complete refund for the total bill Superior Tire should take full responsibility for their neglect to properly diagnose my problem as well as their neglect to verify pricing on parts that are obviously incorrect, and as a result should assume all responsibility for this issue and provide a complete refund for providing substandard service.I am formally requesting a full and complete refund for this invoice, to be refunded immediately Thank You

Mr B[redacted] called me to discuss my complaint.   After a brief discussion Mr B[redacted] told me he would look into my claims and contact me on Wednesday January 18, 2017.  He did not contact me on Wednesday, and has yet to make contact with me to resolve this issue.  I had advised Mr...

B[redacted] that the damage to my plug wire was a result of improper removal procedure, as well the prices for the Spark Plugs were excessive (around 300%) markup, and the plug wires were (around 100%) markup.  Mr B[redacted] stated that the cashier should have verified the pricing on these parts and made the necessary corrections.  I informed Mr B[redacted] that I was aware on the prices for over the counter to the public pricing from [redacted] (the vendor who Superior tire got the parts from).  I also informed Mr B[redacted] that the plug wires on my Vehicle were tested and were not defective in any way.   I believe that the damage to my spark plug wires could have been prevented if properly removed which would have prevented the damage to one wire which forced me to purchase a complete new set of wires.  Superior Tire should have verified the prices for the Spark Plugs and Spark Plug wires before presenting a final bill.  All work performed on my vehicle did not correct the cause of my issues and was not properly evaluated  and were performed based on assumptions.  As a result of the improper diagnosis, out of line and extremely excessive pricing I am now demanding a full and complete refund for the total bill.  Superior Tire should take full responsibility for their neglect to properly diagnose my problem as well as their neglect to verify pricing on parts that are obviously incorrect, and as a result should assume all responsibility for this issue and provide a complete refund for providing substandard service.I am formally requesting a full and complete refund for this invoice, to be refunded immediately.  Thank You

Revdex.com, This letter is not all factual. I spoke with Rick in regards to the problem he had and he was going to bring the wires in to me so I could see them on Thursday and we could discuss this issue. He never showed up. He also told me that he replaced these wires 6 months prior and I told him if that was true I could get them warrantied for him and refund his purchase price. My tech said these were not new plug wires and he used the proper tool and procedure for removing the wire. This is a common problem for old wires that have gotten hot and adhered themselves to the plug (sign of old wire) The tech followed complete diagnostic procedure of the industry standard. When they found he had low compression (40lbs) in a cylinder they stopped diagnostic procedure and made customer aware of this. You do not continue to preform additional procedures at he customers expense when they have engine failure issues. That would be an unneeded expense to the customer and not the right thing to do. If compression check cam back fine then you would proceed.  I told Mr. Wigleworth that if infact my customer service rep had mischarged him I would be happy to refund him the overage I would check into my computer system and see if these were mis-marked. He agreed to stop in and bring the old wires for my inspection. We never discussed me calling him on Wednesday. I just called Rick and he asked me to call him back at 4pm which I will do. I do not believe that Superior Tire did anything wrong here. If we did I will be happy to take care of it. Thank you, Kevin B[redacted]
