carlos and his staff are very courteous I was told that the negative items on my report will be deleted in 2 months and effectively its been 3 month and everything is deleted thank you carlos you guys dont know what this means to me and my family.

Miguel, thank you for your review. We work hard for our clients in making them credit worthy, and appreciate you taking the time to recognize One Financial Business and our staff.

This is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not only do they charge way too much, and the reason I was told from the CEO's mouth is, "who is going to pay for all of this nice stuff, so I charge a bit more." , they do not stay true to their contractual agreement. I was told I would have to pay $5,500 to fix my credit and that it will take about two months. Carlos made everything sound great. He agreed upon a payment arrangement with me to pay $500 monthly on the 16th of each month while still working on my credit. I started the process Dec 31, 2018. I called Feb 1 to get an update and was told no one has worked on my credit because there was a balance of $5,500 to be paid. I explained the CEO made an arrangement with me. They had no idea what I was talking about. Carlos CEO said sorry that he would fix the issue. He never did. Then I had people asking for my SSN to be emailed. How unprofessional is that?! and unsafe. I advised that I would like to cancel everything they said okay. they did refund the money I started the arrangement with but then charged me $500 again! and refused to pay me back immediately by check the way they first did saying I need to wait a few business days! I have a child. I depend on every penny. I was not prepared for this error. on top of that CEO is unprofessional and feels entitled because he owns the company!

One Financial Business Service strives to be courteous and professional at all times which is paramount for our company and clients. *** unfortunately had a bad experience, and attempts were made to rectify the problem as soon as we became aware of it.
The CEO of the company did meet with *** to provide credit consultation and restoration services. The quote she was given for credit repair was equal to the amount of time and effort it was going to take to restore her credit profile. She accepted the terms of the agreement and the quote for credit repair. Ms. made an initial payment of $500.00 and agreed to a payment arrangement for the balance.
There was a miscommunication between management, and the staff who were not aware of the clients file and payment arrangement. When the problem surfaced, our management and staff apologized to Ms. and made every attempt to fix the issue and satisfy our client. Ms. via phone threatened bodily harm to our receptionist and staff and was told by the CEO that we were no longer interested in providing her our services. She was told to come to our office where she would receive a full refund. At our office, Ms. was provided a full refund and signed a letter terminating the agreement, and it was at that point she apologized for her outburst and threats.
One Financial Business Service Corporation stands by its policies and procedures and made every attempt to correct an issue and satisfy the client. Her behavior and threats were unacceptable to say the least, and our company made the decision to terminate our agreement with ***. This brought closure to any and all financial and business matters between *** and One Financial Business Service Corporation

I am rejecting this response because: I was the one who was treated unfairly . This company never tried to resolve the issue and out of frustration I do admit I became irate but did not threaten bodily harm . The receptionist kept asking me to come in because of their error and I advised her because of how mad I was I didn’t feel it was a good idea for me to come to the office because I would probably argue with everyone there and I wanted to avoid any altercations . This company did nothing to help me . They of course are trying to make themselves seem like they are not in the wron , but it was because of their unprofesionalism and miscommunication that all of this surfaced to begin with . They could at least have offered to still fix my credit to redeem themselves . No one offered any help .
