I am responding to Revdex.com complaint ID: [redacted])  made by Ms. [redacted] to my business regarding a July 3rd, 2016 incident that took place.Re: customer statement of the problem as read in the letter I received by the Revdex.comA. re: drink ordered by Ms....

[redacted]it was an iced peppermint mocha, not a mocha, customer asked for sweet and low packets on the sideB. re: unusual appearanceafter viewing video surveillance footage, said drink had no unusual appearance to it. ie: clumps, separation, chunks, powder, vomit, etc.C. re: when she returned to the countervideo surveillance footage shows that the customer must have tried to add her sweet and low packets to the drink (and it would not combine with it because it is an iced cold beverage, basic culinary skills) because there is a white powdery substance floating on top. Our ingredient used is not white, but a deep dark chocolate.D. Re: server (Mariah, not Miranda) unwilling to issue refund or replacementindeed, no replacement or refund is due to the customer because this drink went out as perfect as could be. From the ingredients, to the proper steps, to the friendly service.E. Re: refund, apology, gift cardno refund or gift card will be issued to Ms. [redacted]. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse service and this is definitely one of those cases. As I previously explained in a voicemail that I left on the cell phone of Ms. [redacted]'s husband on the said morning because they did not answer my call, we did everything properly in making the drink. I advised them that when they are visiting Grangeville that they need to find a different coffee shop. Our mission at One For The Road has always been, and will always be to provide thee very best product in a timely, consistent manner with the friendliest of service. We take pride in our work at One For The Road and do not tolerate hostility, bullying,or any other brashness.Ms. [redacted] took to social media, particularly Facebook and posted a very negative review on One For The Road. I am asking her to remove this comment and any other negative reviews she may have posted anywhere else. If she cannot remove the negative comments, then I am asking her to make a follow up comment as an apology. Because this is more than just a review, it is called libel. Ms. [redacted] is not stating all of the facts, as you can see from the enclosed letters by Mariah and a witness. I have been advised that I have the evidence needed in pursuing a libel case against Ms. [redacted],which I will do if needed. You see, this is much more than a free coffee or a $4 refund to me, this is my business, this is my life, this is my family. Iwant every customer to go away with a pleasant experience and come back for more, but in this case, it just needs to end. I can take to social media too, Igoogled Ms. [redacted] and number of Christian things come up. Iwonder if she would be happy with me posting her profanity, rudeness, etc or the video for everyone to see. And that would not be libel on my part as it is a fact and not fiction. The principle, the ethics, the morality of it all.
