[redacted] I am sorry for the delay in communication in regards to your order with us here at One Good Thread Unfortunately we had some unforeseen delays and complications this year which caused us to miss our shipping windows with several product lines this season Giggle Moon Harvest Fields collection being one of those As a solution to this problem I can give you a store credit of $so you can pick something to replace it if you would like?We do have several other products by Giggle Moon and other designers as well I can also offer you a refund but at the moment there would be a slight delay in the processing of the refund Warmest regards, Trevor

While the business promised a refund, I was always told I would be contacted and never wasI resorted to filing a PayPal claim that the business never replied toI was refunded via PayPal yesterdayThe business never refunded me directly, or bothered to contact me back

My sincerest apologies. I can see that you put a deposit down. We can go ahead and cancel the order and the remaining $will no long be due. Thank you again for pre ordering with us and so sorry there was some confusion. Your order has been cancelled and I have requested to

We are so sorry as a company that it has taken this long to get the remaining of your items shipped to you! If you would prefer a refund, I completely understand but I know someone has been working one on one with the vendors to get these items shipped. If yours is not one of them, we
would be happy to refund you. Again I am so sorry for this and so sorry that it has been tough to get a hold of us due to our being short staffed at the moment

As soon as I receive my $refund through Paypal I will close both of the complaints
