Review: I have been dealing with this company for six months they can't resolve the issue.they advertise on time or you don't pay a dime the technician didn't show up at all when expected when I called the company they told me it was between the technician and I and when I talked to the technician he said it was the offices fault needless to say they don't stand behind there practice..the last technician that came out told me he didn't know how to resolve the issue and I could have them come out another time to pull my unit out which would be another charge after I had spent over a thousand dollars to fix my unit they offered me a monthly maintenance program that wasn't mentioned in the first place I feel like I have been nickled and dimed.they charge an overtime fee when they come out after hours even though they have been out before and done service work prior they installed all brand new parts in my outdoor unit that doesn't work now I have to hire another company to do the job they couldn't do..I don't know why they didn't do an assessment when they came out and why it couldn't be fixed at 2 times the most to get the job done and keep being charged for part after partDesired Settlement: To not be charged when they didn't show up and not be charged a fee to come out when they have been coming out consititantly and being overcharged I believe the tax rate isn't correct what they are charging for tax

I am out of town right now until Dec. 7 so I won't be able to look up [redacted]'s account details until I get back, however, I will try to respond from memory. I do agree with [redacted] that she has had too many problems with her heatpump. The issues that we have repaired are unfortunate but real. It is time for her to think about her options on whether she should keep the system and keep repairing it or to replace it. As far as the ontime promise, we do offer that and it is not up to the technician to do the repair for free. If we are later than the designated time then the call is free. I will look at the details when I get back and see if indeed we were late. Going from memory it seems that [redacted] could only meet us after normal working hours and we don't guarantee arrival time when it is after hours. This is the first time I have known that [redacted] had a complaint with us because she never called to let me know. I like [redacted] and am surprised by all of this. I would appreciate being able to talk to her directly to resolve this.
