One Hour Tees

I would like to start by saying that this is not the first time I make business with One Hour Tees. I am shocked by the way the manager talked to me over a phone conversation. She did not allow me to talk and hung up on me 3 times. Her name is Karina or she at least gave me that name but whomever is a female manager there today, 3/11/2016, is the person I spoke to. I was trying to figure out a price because I was originally given a $21 quote per shirt and then because of their poor response time they then wanted to up my price by $5 each. I called the store on 3/9 to place an order and was told to put in a quote and then someone would contact me to place the order. I almost feel like the response time is dragged to up the price conveniently for the business for their turnaround time. I tried to explain the situation to this store manager and her response was, "5 minutes ago I was willing to give you an even cheaper price but since you are sitting here down talking me, I will no longer give you a better price and if you want to report me go a head I don't care. Spell my name whichever way you feel like it that's your problem" and then hung up on me. I work for a Network of Charter schools and will make sure not to use One Hour Tees services since she said that they did not need our services anyway. Her customer service is terrible. I don't understand how they could have her manage a business with a mouth like that. Does she not understand that a business is made out of costumers not employees. I also went on [redacted] and read reviews that describe the same behavior she just displayed with me.
