I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
see the attached, the salesperson explain when he sold the lower jaw only, that it is a $19,734 procedure but I will have a great deal of paying only $17,734 out of which $5,300 is the Zirconia upgrade (see attached) and sure enough if you add $12,434 and $5,300 you get the $17,734, I accepted that deal on 7/7/16On 7/14/16 , a week later, he sold a deal of a lifetime" - a full mouth , not only lower jaw, for only $32,820 - but the amazing deal he offers is $28,272 only , including $10,600 worth of a zirconia upgrade. Sounds like a great deal indeed.If you look carefully at BOTH attached scans, it is VERY obvious. The information location of the Zirconia upgrade price and the total amount is the same. The salesperson only omitted the price of the procedure without the upgrade. this is the core of the complaint.
