Review: I placed an order on March 11, payed $30 for over night shipping. I was told in the order conformation that I would receive an email when it was shipped. By that Thursday I hadnt revived an email or my package. So I called and email one industries to figure out what was going on. No answer and no reply. I finally received an email March 16th with an apology for the inconvenience. I emailed back and asked for them to call so we could resolve the problem. On March 17th I finally received my package but by that time, I wasn't in need of it. Opened the package to see if it was even what I had ordered and the merchandise was damaged. On Friday the 20th I stilled had not been contacted so I sent anothe email letting them know if I hadnt heard from them by Monday the 23rd that I would be contacting Revdex.com and filling a complaint( Hoping that they would forsure call me). I haven't heard anything g and am getting very frustrated.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a call, refund , new merchandise, and return label.

Review: I placed an order with One Industries on May 4th, 2015. Order # [redacted]. My credit card was billed $77.99 for the products ordered and shipping ($70.00 +$7.99 shipping and handling). When placing the order through their website, the delivery time was "3-10 business days". I called and spoke with a customer service representative using the telephone number on the website ([redacted] after two weeks had passed. I was informed at this time, that the orders were taking nearly three weeks to complete, and I would receive a call back over the next 7-10 days for follow up. I have never received a follow up call or email. It is now a month, since placing my order. I have not received my goods (which were paid for). I have left a telephone message through the customer service line, every day for the last seven days. I have submitted emails. I have submitted messages through facebook. I have received no response. I have included my order numbers and clearly stated my return contact information. I feel as though I am being defrauded. This is a deceptive way to conduct business. Please help me communicate with One Industries to get the product I ordered and paid for.Desired Settlement: I just want my order to be fulfilled and my calls answered or responded to. Ignoring paying customers is juvenile and irresponsible.
