With this client, we made numerous attempts to set a date to come back and do the areas, the client felt we neglected, but were unable to find a day and time that worked. We are sorry the client was
unsatisfied but feel that too much time has now past for us to come up and do a touch up. We are willing to refund $50, towards having another company come out and do the work needed. We take pride in our work, and have had many satisfied customers, but as one knows, you can't please everyone. Our apologies to the client for the inconvenience, but as we told them in our correspondence, we do not feel we are the right cleaning company for this particular job
As I new client, I was told I would first need to pay for a deep clean, which would include detailed cleaning prior to initiating regular service at a standrad rate (around $50-60). The rate we agreed to was $125 for a small condo (1000 sq ft). The crew was stuck in traffic which I believe resulted in less time spent cleaning my home as they had another job to go to. The work was not competed as agreed. The following services were not performed: clean microwave, fridge, deep dust througout home, baseboards, balconies, vacuum in and under major furniture such as couches. My belonging were all staked by me on my dining table which I had instructed crew not to clean, as I would sort that out myself. Instead, my personal belongings were placed in various places, under tables, in bookshelves. While they did take the time to clean the table (even thought I asked that it be left to me), I also feel they mistakenly spent time re-arranging my things and as a result I have had difficultly finging all of my belongings. As a result or time misspent, the deep clean was not completed. I contacted the owner to ask for them to return to finish the clean and though he attempted to set a new date for this, it was several weeks after the intial clean, and once I had already performed my own cleaning. I have asked for either a finished job, service credit, or a partial refund. While owner has been profesisonal and responsive, we have not reached an agreememt. I feel he is a dedicated business man and I was hoping we could come to a simple agreement to resolve this.
