To whom it may concern:We are in receipt of your complaint concerning *** *** *** frustrations with getting her refund for a Visual Comfort Lamp she returned Due to a major transition with One Kings Lane to new processes and responsibilities we have had delays I confirmed

I am the SrManager at One Kings Lane Customer service I have reviewed this case and I do apologize for the delay in getting this issue resolved When the purchase was first entered the member clicked on the return to credit to One Kings Lane as a store credit not back to the
original payment method We have a very hard time to do as the member requested since we have just gone to a new platform for our ecommerce purchases The hard and fast rule is that this type of selection cannot be reversed or changed However one of our agents stated that we can change this and we will do this as a one time only accommodation (We are working on being able to do this in the future.) My manager is working to make this correction with our finance department and we should have this resolved early next week She has the wheels turning on this issue and she is not in today but we will make this happen as soon as we get in on Monday June ***

I am reviewing with our finance department where this refund is We will need 24-hours to respond correctly We show that the refund was sent to the members method of payment but now we are double checking

The following is the last email from the member concerning this issue.  The vendor cancelled this order due to the large difference in pricing.  We have taken steps to correct the price on our site.  We are refunding the monies taken from the gift card which paid a portion of the...

charge and for the inconvenience for this matter I am going to authorize an additional $50.00 gift card.  We would normally honor a price difference but in this case it is just too high a lost.  We are sincerely sorry for this mishap but it seems to have been settled by the attachment below. Thank you,Richard M[redacted]

My name is [redacted] and I am the Sr. Manager for One Kings Lane customer service.  I have reviewed the above complaint and I have initiated a lead agent to resolve this issue of continuing authorizations on a credit card.  I should have this taken care of in the next 2-3 days....

 We are in contact with our finance department who has deleted the credit card involved.  Somehow this card went through one more authorization.  Authorizations are used by One Kings Lane to insure that monies are available when an order is placed, and usually drops off in 7 days.  We do not actually receive any payment until shipping.  I will continue this case through and respond as soon as I have resolution which should be very soon. Thank you.

This refund for a item that was returned to One Kings Lane March  2017, has not been processed/credited to the account.  After several phone calls/email exchanges to One Kings Lane, they indicated the refund was processed on April [redacted].  Although One Kings Lane provided a transaction number, the refund has not been processed/credited to the account.The refund process was initiated in February of 2017 and the monies for the returned item which was under warranty, have yet to be credited to the account.

This complaint was resolved with a complete refund on April [redacted], 2017.  We consider this case resolved.

The above complaint was issued a refund on 5/**/17.  Due to the various changes in the condition of the dresser and various request for discounts, etc. we were not able to satisfy the member.  A full refund was issued as indicated below: 
[redacted] This was resolved by our finance department who issued this transaction above.It may have taken a few days for the refund to post but it was in fact moved out on 5/**/17.Thank you and again we apologize for any frustrations we may have caused.
