HORRIBLE SERVICE!! INCOMPETENT! DO NOT USE! I echo the sentiment below as I too wish I could give zero stars. Same experience as failed process service noted below. I gave explicit instructions as to dates and place to process serve and they failed on all three attempts. They simply DID NOT FOLLOW EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS. The first attempt never happened, they didn't have it in the system (I found out after waiting over an hour on the phone), the rep said they'd have service by end of day. That never happened. Second attempt said it couldn't be done at location (which was not true because I finally gave up on One Legal after a week and hired someone who served within hours of my request at the location One Legal said couldn't be done), third attempt at the wrong address. Worst part...THEY CHARGED ME FOR ALL THEIR FAILED ATTEMPTS - due to their own negligence. You will wait on hold for over an hour....clearly not due to COVID as this appears to be common practice from below. They have no problem billing you within days of failed service. Also, e-file went directly to courts, they eliminated their concierge service during Covid - but charged you anyway for NO SERVICE. RUN!!! DO NOT USE!

RUN FROM onelegal THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST HANDICAPPED PERSONS AND EVEYRONE IN BETWEEN. THEY ARE NOT ADA COMPLIANT AND DON'T CARE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO SERVICE, UNLESS THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY . DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS BROKEN COMPANY DESIGNED TO MAKE MONEY OF THE PROBLEMS ITSELF CREATES. WHICH, THEY WILL NEVER FIX , BECAUSE ONELEGAL PROFITS FROM SELF-CREATED PROBLEMS. IF THERE WAS LESS THAN A STAR I WOULD POST IT.

DO NOT USE I wish I could give zero stars. Do not use them! This is not the first problem I've had with them, but it is what broke the camel's back.
I hired onelegal to serve a party and the person on the other end of the online order was confused - she wanted to serve the first defendant listed on the caption rather than the second (the second was the party that needed to be served and the party listed in the order form). The person processing the order repeatedly put the order on hold four different times - I had to call back (and wait on hold for 20 to 30 minutes for each call) to explain the same thing over and over again. Yes, the order form was correct, yes, we are serving the second defendant in the caption, yes, you should do what the order form asks. A week later, I received a confirmation that the order was processed and they served the first defendant at the second defendant's address rather than following the instructions in the order. It's now been three days and no one has bothered to returned any of my calls or emails requesting assistance. Sadly, I think simply become another company that is all about profit - not enough customer service representatives (when I tried to call this morning, I was 24th in line!) and no employee training to make sure customers are properly cared for. Pick a different company, this one cares nothing for its customers.

One Legal is a business that supplies an online court filing system that allows people to efile in county courts. I used One Legal to attempt to file a claim in Santa Clara County Small Claims Court. I am not a California resident, so I needed to file through a third party like One Legal. Due to issues with One Legal's online system, I was charged $10.95 twice for wrong filings (on 12/08/2018 and 12/10/2018), and for the final filing that was successful, the checkout amount was $55, but I was billed $85 on my bank statement (on 12/13/2018). I asked for refunds for the two charges and a $30 refund on the last charge, but One Legal refused the refunds. My issues arose because Santa Clara County Court requires efiling in general civil court, but does not currently allow efiling in Small Claims. The problem is that One Legal's system did not correctly prevent me from filing in general civil court when I was trying to efile in Small Claims, which is not possible; One Legal's system does not account for the fact that Santa Clare requires efiling on Civil court but does not accept efiling for Small Claims. That resulted in the two filing charges of $10.95 for filings that the court rejected because they were not correct. After I talked to tech support several times, One Legal realized what was wrong, and I was able to file Small Claims using their physical filing system. This is when my checkout cart total was $55, but my bank statement shows $85. One Legal said that was normal, and they refused a refund.
