One Magical Weekend

I live in Toronto, Canada and was planning to visit Orlando, FL for four days in June 2020. On December 16, 2019 I purchased two tickets for USD $206.10 from One Magical Weekend for the "Riptide at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon" event that was scheduled for June 5, 2020. This event was subsequently cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that the location where the event was to take place (Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park) was closed. One Magical Weekend claims the event tickets are non-refundable and that the tickets will be transferred to an event to be held in 2021. However, since I live outside of the US, I am not planning to travel to the US in 2021 and it is unclear whether the Canada/USA border would even be open by then due to the ongoing pandemic in the US. One Magical Weekend claims that "If you cannot attend in 2021, as always, the tickets are easily transferable to another guest anytime between now and the re-scheduled event." However, they do not provide any details how to do this. I have contacted One Magical Weekend multiple times by email asking for their assistance either to refund me the cost for my tickets or to arrange for my tickets to be transferred to another guest to that they will pay me for the cost of the tickets. I do not know anyone who would be going to this potential 2021 event, so One Magical Weekend would need to facilitate this transfer. Aside from the several emails I sent (which have been ignored since April), I have also attempted to contact this business via Facebook and Twitter, but have not yet received any replies.
