Also, I never changed my story and you can pull it up from a few facebook posts that what I said is spot onThe classes she cancelled were severalThe Zumba I attended taught by Joanna usually had people, pound class between and peopleI attended Tuesday and Thursday morning classWhen I first spoke with Haily I stopped in because of many phone calls I was getting about the maintenance fees and my card info expired because of the new expiration dateI paid the fees and told her I would not be renewing my membership when it was up she said “that’s fine” She suggested I read my contract, when I told her I lost all my paperwork in my home office when the tornado blew through my neighborhood she told me to wait while she pulled up my contract on her computerShe never said one word about needing to give them a handwritten notice days before my contract was upI went in to catch another class and had to get a new class cardThe young girl and I were talking as she filled out my card and she encouraged me to try a different class or twoI had her pull up my account and tell me the date my contract was upShe gave me Shelley’s business card and wrote contract up March and gave me my new class cardI tried to attend a few classes but didn’t really enjoy the different teachers style so as I was leaving I told the older gentleman at the counter I was not going to renew and I want to make sure my card info was removed from their systemHe went in and removed it and said something like that should do itI told him it was a shame, because I used to really enjoy the classes but my work schedule was super busy anywayI asked if there was anything else I needed to do and he said noWhen I started getting calls again about my payment not going through I called and talked to a couple peopleThe first girl told me they were aware that the other two employees who used to work the desk have been removed from that position because they weren’t telling members things rightI asked her why I should be held accountable for their employee problems and she said she would see what she could doI talked to her again on the phone and she said they were taking care of it and not to worryWithin minutes I get a call back from a man telling me I had to pay (I can hear Haily in the background speaking very loud telling him what to say)I told him I was not paying these fees because they had several opportunities to clue me in, I even spoke to Haily herself twice in the last several months and even she didn’t tell me to handwrite a letter to stop my membership I asked my husband who was running errands and he said he would go by and give them the handwritten letter so it could go on fileHe did raise his voice but says he didn’t cuss at themHe told them we would not be paying them anythingHaily then says my husband agreed to pay

One More Gym took ownership of Club 7/17/17 and all of its contracts*** Signed A contract with the previous owners and clearly on the contract that I gave her husband a copy of that she must give a day notice in writing of cancelingShe signed the auto renewal upon her own consent
and the only class that was taken away was Zumba because we had only person showing up per classthe contract also states that classes can and may also be subject to change at any given timeI suggest *** read contracts before signing in the future*** has changed her story each time someone has spoken with her, and has also cussed and used very foul language with our employees many different times*** Called in and said our billing company said she would be charged a cancel fee and we told her she would not be charged that, this is the only fee she was told she would not be charged*** was told she will still be charged what she is passed due, she has no proof of canceling months priorour policy is and has always been to cancel in person with written notice for this reasonThis case is the reason we go strictly by the contract and why the policy is in place!

I attended Tuesday and Thursday morning class. When I first spoke with Haily I stopped in because of many phone calls I was getting about the maintenance fees and my card info expired because of the new expiration date.
