One-O-One Transmission Rebuilders Reviews (1)

Review: My transmission was rebuilt on my 05 Nissan Maxima SE on August *, 2012. 1 1/2 months ago, my car was not shifting properly. While getting a oil change from my regular mechanic on 8/*/2013, I asked him to take a look and he ran his diagnostic machine and 3 codes came up dealing with the transmission. I took my car back to the transmission shop on 8/*/2013. I spoke with the manager and explained to him the problem and he hooked up his diagnostic machine and under his breath his said "Shift Code." He told me leave the car, call him at 4 pm. I called him at 4:15 pm and asked him if he looked at my car and he said no and he told me to call back at 5:30 pm to talk to the owner, I called but the owner was busy. The next day, the manager called me, "come and drive the car with me, show me the problem but the owner was the one taking the drive with me." I pointed out the problems on how the transmission was shifting late and sometimes the transmission would just flare in rpms. He of course said nothing but when we got back to the shop, he was looking at the diagnostics machine and during the drive he wrote down a couple of codes, Transmission error codes, I looked it up on my own. He was very quiet, just pressing buttons and told me it was and ecm problem with the engine. He told me to get it fixed and if the problem still persists come back. I took it to my mechanic right after and he did and inspection on the car and I passed and my mechanic said you if the ecm was the problem you would not pass. I got it checked out by other transmission specialists and they said it is was tranny problem. When they tried to look up error codes, they were gone, meaning he cleared them. The next day I asked him to fix the car because I got it checked out and that's not the problem and he told me "If I fix the tranny and it doesnt solve the problem will I pay for it?" That made uncomfortable and I said that is the problem, I got it checked. I told him fix it or I have to go another route. He said do what you got to do.Desired Settlement: I want my 2300 dollars back because he assured me if anything happens to come back and he will fix and now he does not want to help me.
