Date: Tue, Dec 26, at 11:PMSubject: RE: [redacted] Complaint ( [redacted] )To: [redacted] < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>I received an order from [redacted] wanting fiberglass parts that he seen on antoher customers car I gave him a price what she talked me down knowing the price I gave his buddy so I gave him 3,worth of parts for 2,I told him five days on the moulds I had he wanted a hatch in fiberglass also witch I didn't have a mould for that I tole him I would try to find a hatch to make a mould off of witch I couldn't find one so he sent his hatch I payed for his hatch to be sent to me when I received it I seen it needed a lot of time and bodywork to make it right time was never negotiated after a hatch mould need to be madeI sent him his parts witch I tried to refund him before I sent them he would message me drunk demanding that I would sponsor him for next year season for the time it took me to make all his parts I then would message me and in the morning when I open at ten and if I didn't message him back right away he would blast me on social media costing me 4,in refunds because customers got worriedHe has made up so many lies trying to run me in the ground even trying to start problems between me and my wife one lie after anotherWhen I shipped his parts I gave him a tracking number so he could see when his parts would be deliveredWhen is parts were delivered he noticed damage on the front clip he immediately called me up saying there was damage on the front clip saying it wasn't bad but that was damaged I told him to send it back up and make him a new one he then said that it wasn't bad that he could fix it so I told him to open up all the other boxes and see if all the other parts were okay while the driver was still there he said the other parts look great just the clip got chipped he said he didn't want to ship it back that he could fix it so I told him I would ship him a care package with sandpaper spreader and mud to fix all the chips while I was getting everything together he messaged me on Sunday the day before I was about to ship his care package to him he messaged me at in the morning on Sunday saying you awake the only day I'm off to spend time with my wife and kids I've messaged him back at saying what man it's Sunday he immediately started bashing me on social media again tagging me into his post I message him stating what is your deal what is the problem he messaged me back saying f you you piece of st then blocked me and starts blasting me saying he was wanting to be contacted by me to make it right the only reason I know this is because I've had customers send me screenshots and customers stating to his post how can he contact you when you have him blocked so he went and made up a bunch of Lies for months before unblocking me so I can clear the air and tell everyone the truth I have sent screenshots to my lawyer he has now gotten other companies egging him on to damage my product on video and if he did they would send him free partsI bent over backwards for this guy to try to please him I sent him a free hatch free Carbon Fiber cowl panel pay for a shipping on his hatch and gave him $3,worth of parts for he has been nothing but ignorant towards me demanding that I was refund him and him keep the parts that if I didn't he was going to destroy me and follow me around making sure nobody ever buys from me again he has been doing this on for months making his whole life about me I should have refunded him the first time he got ignorant with me and I'll try to refund him but he kept saying that he didn't have the card he used when he purchased the fiberglass which I told him I would send a check in the mail but he didn't demanded that he just get his parts and go separate ways what she got his parts and has tried to find anything he could possibly find wrong with them to use against me and has hacked his Parts up to make me look bad not knowing how to fit them
