This company is horrible The sales manager Greg O*** came to my door representing Directv, Dish, At&T, Spectrum and Frontier I had Spectrum and was paying $a month He said if I was willing to drop the phone I could get tv and internet for $a month with free HBO and Showtime for days Install was fine but not HBO or Showtime, I call Greg and that was turned on right away But when the bill came it was for $ I called Greg he said to call the office I did so and explained the situation and that the bill was due in days She said no problem it would be corrected long before that I check my bill on the 25th and nothing had been done I call again and get voicemail I restate the problem and say I need a call back No call, nothing done I call Greg again and he says he will take care of it It is now weeks later, I check my account and it has been suspended due to lack of payment I text Greg because I want proof of everything said Run screaming from this company!

A One to One Marketing Group Sales Manager came to my house (cold call) and asked how much my monthly bills were for phone, internet, and tvI told him and he stated that he represented Direct TV, Dish, Verizon, Time Warner, and AT&THe was wearing a shirt with the AT&T logo, as well as driving a van with the same large company logos on itHe passed himself off as an AT&T representitiveEven though I already had AT&T for phone and internet, he said through his company, he could offer me a lower rate on both, and increase my internet speed at the same timeHe also said that he could cut my tv bill in half, by switching me from Dish to Direct TVI signed a sales agreement, with a AT&T logo in the letter head, with the new lower pricing for my phone, internet and tvHe said his company handles contacting the companies involved and switching everthing for a service feeThe switch to Direct TV went smoothly, but I never received the listed price for my phone and internetI have contacted One on One marketing on several occasions and they stated that they were working the issue, until the last time I called, and they said they could only try and negotiate with the AT&T, and could not gaurantee any pricing changesThe Sales Manager never stated that he could only negotiate the prices and services he offered and listed on the service agreement, at the time I signed the service agreementAT&T stated they did not know of this company offering services on their behalf, and could not offer me the prices listed on my service agreement with One on One Marketing GroupBottom line is, One on One Markerting Group is being deceptive by charging customers to lower prices and offer services that they can't deliver
