at our facilityAt no time did he ever complain about the SERVICE that was provide to him by our therapists.
*** ***'s insurance mailed checks for the services we provided directly to himAs a courtesy to our patients, in instances like this we do not require payment for the services provided at the time they are renderedWe wait for the insurance to process the claims and pay our patientAt that time we ask the patient to forward payment to us*** *** failed to mention in his complaint he received treatments at One On One, all but visits have been processed without a problemThe bill he received after discharge was for the balance that was remaining on his accountWe contacted the insurance company first and we were informed these dates were paid to the patient and cashedThey could not give us any additional information*** *** states he gave the checks to one of our employeesWe asked him if he recalled (whether by name or description considering we have limited administrative staff at that office) who he gave the checks to and he did notWe a sked that he contact his insurance carrier and request copies of the cashed checks so we could see who cashed them and whereWe also asked him to inform his insurance carrier that he feels these checks were cashed fraudulently, and request that they open an investigation.
In his complaint he states we know it was one of our employees, and we do notHe further claims to know where they were cashed, and I have an email from him that states he does not have that informationWe have done everything in our power to resolve this issue, we encouraged that he open an investigation through his carrier, fulling know their investigative resources are much better then ours, hoping we would be able to get to the bottom of this dilemmaWe take every patient complaint seriously.
We are upset by his complaint, and even more disheartened that after providing our services to aide in the recovery of his surgery that he would; "do everything to steer associates away from conducting any sort of business with them"We feel we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue

Review: I was required to receive physical therapy after knee surgery and chose to go to One on One. My health insurance company issued me checks to pay for the services I received and the policy of the One on One physical therapy corporation is to endorse those checks to them and they send the checks to their billing department. However, when I endorsed the checks one of the employees decided that they would like to take those checks (totalling over $500) and cash them at the check cashing place which is in close proximity to the physical therapy office. Obviously these checks were not sent to the billing department to cover my visitations and a year later I received a bill for what these checks would have covered. It took me three weeks just to get in touch with the [redacted] (who was very apologetic and I have no complaints about her) and I still needed to contact the insurance company to do another investigation and all they could do for me is not put my account in collections. Common sense dictates that after you are aware that there is a thief employed at your office, you should clear the balance in question.I will never use this or any affiliated company again and I will do everything to steer associates away from conducting any sort of business with them. I've never been so furious and frustrated in my entire life.Desired Settlement: After it was determined by the company that an employee stole my insurance money, my balance should be cleared completely/
