They claim in the website they work with all 50 states after I sent my personal information and documents the account manager notified me that they don't work with California businesses anymore starting that week today is march 8, 2020 just days after I was notified about this and I received another message from them requesting documents for qualification, and in the website they haven't change the information about the states. What's happening with this people?

STAY AWAY! *** was the worse. Dont deal with this company. They tell you all this sweet news but once the get all your info they drag you alone with a bunch of *** Stay away there are better lenders out there who are willing to help.

Was working on obtaining capital. Asked for my bank statements. I provided them as requested and was told they weren't the proper bank statements. My bank provides CVS statements and they needed PDF. I told them I couldn't provide the PDF statement and that CVS statements were what I could provide. I was told to go to the branch to ask for the PDF statements. Though, the branch will only provide me an excel print out. Cancelled my request for funding because it is impossible for my to provide the file type they want...what ludicrous. Taking my business elsewhere.

Applied for a business line credit I submitted paperwork asked Was turned down for false reasons Due to false reasons it will go on my credit falsely.
Applied for a business line of credit. Submitted all paperwork and financial documents asked. I explained that I don't have a certain account that is used just for business. I have a EFS card that the company that I have my Simi truck leased to uses to paid me with. I have one of my personal bank accounts attached to the EFS account. When I get paid in full I transfer the funds into my personal account. One Park Financial asked to see my bank accounts statements. They then came back with a decision to turn me down for the loan based off the reason they said was I hadn't had a deposit in 3 month's. That was false! I had had constant deposits for the past 9 month's since I have been in business. If they didn't want to do business with me that would be fine but when someone run's your credit report then turn's you down for credit issues it show's up on your credit report as a derogatory *** and will bring your credit score down! If they turned me down for the right reason's I would not file a complaint, but since the reason is a slanderous reason and I told them I could prove that I have had constant and also recent deposits made into my account. They would not return my calls or answer my emails in order to straighten the issue out.

Desired Outcome

They can either go further with their efforts to approve my loan with me providing more financial information to them if that is what they needed. They could have called the company I work with and that pays me and ask them how much money they have paid me and how frequent. They could have gotten me to provide my financial settlements to prove how much money I make and by the way, those settlements have a full breakdown of all business money that is paid to me by the transportation company I work with. They would be very easy to produce. I have them saved in a folder in my email. They do not need to report the credit inquiry to the credit bureau, and make sure if they do report anything to the credit bureau, since they did make an inquiry on my credit that it is accurate. For them to say that I haven't made any business money in 3 month's would be a bold face lie! I have proof!

We protect the information provided to us by applicants and customers and so can not go into details here - we have reviewed this with you privately.

For the record - we work with a network of 20+ funders, and while they provide alternatives to traditional loans and have a streamlined qualification process designed to make the funding process easy and fast there are still some fundamental requirements that one must meet to qualify for funding. We work hard to find funding for every small business, but sometimes it is impossible to find the right fit - through no fault of the applicant, our network partners or One Park Financial.

And please note that neither we or our lenders offer credit - our partners offer funding options designed for small businesses. I met all their qualifications. They did not ask for any other documents. They turned me down for a false reason as I mentioned in the first complaint. They are using a fancy way of talking in their reply due to NOT being able to t tell the truth.

Understandably, your desired outcome here is to get approved for the funding you applied for but we cannot change a decision that our funders - who are business entities operating outside of One Park Financial - have chosen to make regarding your application.

We very much want to have a conversation with you regarding the reasoning behind funders turning your business down, how to change that, whether you apply through us or anybody else. That is our commitment to you and every business owner that we work with.

Awesome service went above and beyond to fund my business even when I was originally denied in the first place they still managed to get me funding at a good rate. Marie in particular was amazing to work with. Thanks a lot

I HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST 5 EMAILS A DAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE CALLED THEM AND EMAILED THEM TO STOP CONTACTING US.
THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN SENDING OUR COMPANY AT LEAST 5 EMAILS A DAY. I HAVE CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO TAKE OUR INFO OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM, BUT THAT DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE BLOCKED THEIR EMAILS AND THEY STILL KEEP COMING. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A MONTH. THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY WILL STOP BUT THEY DON'T.

Desired Outcome

I NEVER WANT THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT OUR COMPANY OR ME PERSONALLY AGAIN.

I contacted the company everytime that I received a call or email also, I sent them emails letting them know not to contact us. They did not care about what I had to say. Everytime I would contact them, they would send more emails and call more. The only reason that they responded to you is because of their rating. They never responded back to me about removing our info, it was just more emails and calls.
