Had my oil changed around fathers day June 2018, and when done received a list of some possible work needed to be done on my vehicleI called and scheduled a couple of the items listed due to the quote givenConfirmed this price when dropped off vehicle and at that time was informed this was not entirely true due to the unhidden charges not listed on the quote namely shop supplies I n the amount of $12.26.The only reason going back to have work done was the quote I was givenHad I known at the time of the quote there were additional fees I would have taken the vehicle else whereJust seems very dishonest to not include all charges involved surrounding the quotes they are giving to customers
