12/7/17to me [redacted] I have read the client complaint and have had multiple meetings with the client in the week since the filing. This is a matter we take very seriously at One Point Direct. In the past week we have been working closely with our client and contractors to bring the project back on line. The project fell behind in the early stages and those delays have continued to cause scheduling problems. The scheduling issues have been rectified and we feel we can move this project forward. The contractors are capable and take pride in their work. . We have taken ownership of the shortcomings and our team will continue to work to deliver a high end product. .Please let me know if there is any additional information we can provide.Sincerely,Matt M [redacted] One Point Direct

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.After more missed deadlines and poor quality of work performed to date - we feel that we need to terminate our contract with One Point Direct - we made this decision on Dec 23. Since then, we have documented the line items from the contract and the status of each line item, along with pictures to support the current status. Nearly every line item has an issue - we provided this information to One Point Direct on Tuesday, Jan 9, 2018.The attached excel spreadsheet details the following:
1.) line-by-line each item in the contract
2.) contract definition of each item
3.) the current state of each line item along with a reference to a specific picture or pictures in the pdf "photos_Jan 2018.pdf"
4.) One Point Direct charges from a project summary
provided to us on 1/4/18.5.) payments that we've made
As you will see, we've identified issues with nearly every line item There are several major construction problems that we will need to have fixed with our new contractor before we can even get going on the interior finishes We are extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail, the quality of work and of course the disruption that this addition project has caused usThe only corrective action plan that we see is for One Point Direct to refund us for work that is incomplete or substandard quality, and be compensated for the damage that has been done to our property Tab four includes our estimate for the repairs
Unfortunately, One Point Direct was unable to evaluate the amount of a refund, and has offered to have their sub-contractors fix and/or complete the work. This is not an acceptable solution for us. We cannot have the work completed by incompetent contractors that provide sub-standard work.We are very concerned about subcontractors that have not been pain in full from One Point Direct, and want to follow up with them directly. Unfortunately, getting contact information about the sub-contractors has proven to be very difficult. We requested a complete list of sub-contractors from One Point Direct - unfortunately, the list is incomplete, and we're still working on getting both insurance documentation and workers' comp certificates for each sub-contractor from One Point Direct.At this point, we've reviewed the project with two other contractors and are waiting for their estimates to fix the sub-standard work and complete the project
