One Polar Air Services

Review: The Company named One Polar Air Services had 2 men to come to my house last Saturday, Sept 21, 2013 to install new heating and air conditioning units, to replace my old ones. They had to replace one on the deck and one inside the house on 2nd floor. Each person was in charge of replacing each unit. The person, who installed the one in the house, somehow caused water to overflow and damage my first floor ceiling. I found out on time and let them know, they came to see and said that it's no big problem; it will dry off soon enough. When they left, my brother must poke a needle in the place where it drips on the ceiling for the water to run down quicker, otherwise it got stuck and made a big water stain on the ceiling. I had to spend the whole evening until after midnight to watch the drippings on the ceiling to wipe them off, and to catch them in different containers (many leaking holes). The company owner named [redacted] said that he will come back next week to see what he can do about it. He came the following Saturday, with some tools to put some screws into the stud to make the ceiling less droop down and used some mud to fill those screw holes then repaint just where he had screwed some nails in the ceiling. He did not filled the holes thoroughly enough, therefore, after he painted, 2 circles of the screws showed up thru the paint, that he had to refill with mud on top of paint therefore it looks bumpy at that spot. The painting job was not good and the overall job looked very poor and my ceiling looks like it has a huge mending piece on it. He said that's the best that he can do, and there is nothing else that he can do. I think it's absolutely unacceptable. From a perfect and smooth ceiling, now I have to put up with an eyesore sloppy job up there to look at. ON the 09/21/2013 I work customer house for HVAC unit and customer come to me tell have some small water on the ceiling , I check it out found down small water on the ceiling , I check it out found small water drip at water shut off valve for her washer machine hose hook up and I tight it up to stop leak and her bother pook small hole on the ceiling to let water drip down to small container to catch water less than 1/2 gallow water. I clean -up small pot water sit on the floor ,she want me patch small hole her bother pook it, I tell her let it dry out first ,and I fix it for her , I ask her when she has free time, I come back to fix it for her.SHE appointment on Saturday 09/28/2013 at 10:00 am I come back on Saturday 09/28/2013 at 9:45 am to repair the ceiling ,mud drywall ,sand,repaint with-out charge and I have ticket for repair drywall on the ceiling,COMPLETE CEILING REPAIR JOB ,SHE SIGN IT . I ENCLOSE TICKET COMPLETE LY REPAIR DRYWALL , THANK YOU
