I was trying to order the *** exclusive Missile Command HQ set from hasbrotoyshop.com and the page said "in stock" but never had an "add to cart" button on it After reloading the page several times, the page then said "out of stock" and I was unable to even attempt to add to my cart! This shoddy website and company has always given me trouble I demand that they take my credit card info and ship sets to me immediately

Thank you for the absolute wonderful customer service!!!! I had two of my sons Nerf Guns that broke and Hasbro sent me brand new guns! Thank you for making my boy happy!

I purchased a line of action figures in which you receive a piece per figure to build a figure once you've completed the setOne of the pieces was defective and I sent the(wrong information) and they sent a new figure to replace itNow I've sent the correct info and they replaced thatThey also did this very quicklyThey responded and sent the replacement in less than a week and I was so satisfied with the customer support I wanted to inform anyone looking that they are s good company and care about their products and customer satisfactionThank you Hasbro!

On October 3rd, HasbroToyShop.com was supposed to make available a limited run product, Magic the Gathering, Guilds of Ravnica, Mythic Edition, at precisely 9:am EST Due to problems with the web site the product did not actually go up for sale until roughly 9:AM After which the web site apparently suffered a massive failure which left orders not fulfilled properly I had two orders completed, finished on *** and an error message so I could not be sure they went through I then followed up with an order using my debit card, which went through to a confirmation page saying that my order was complete
It turns out that my *** was charged and subsequently refunded both times Then my debit card was charged and refunded without reason after I had been told my order was completed successfully This not being my first experience with the terrible web site Hasbro is running I watched carefully for a confirmation e-mail and kept an eye on my bank account When I realiz

Hasbro Toy Shop online limits the amount of items you can purchase indefinitely & frequently cancels your ordersYou are allowed 10! Not per order, not per monthONLY quantity of that specific item ever! I have tried waiting over months to place an additional order just to have them cancel it! What business turns away paying customers like that? I don't get it! When I called to ask what was going on & to explain their policy regarding this, I was told that you are indeed allowed to purchase only quantity in your lifetime & they have the right to cancel your order if they choose toRidiculousI wonder if investors know that they turn away business the way that they do!

Had an order separate confirmation numbers to order boxes(for each confirmation number) for a total of boxes I was told on the phone that they will only honor box for each order due to issues they had on their own backend.( the lady said she will send me instead of 4) I was told they had issues on their end and now they're only going to honor of the boxes for each order as opposed to

I received an email from Hasbro saying that they received the items I had returned and had sent a refund checkWhen I received the first check it took over weeks and was addressed to the wrong name of "*** ***" when it should have been addressed to "*** ***"Due to this my bank refused to cash the checkThey told me over email around three weeks ago that they would send a new check and I still have not received itEvery other company I have been a customer of had no problem simply refunding to the original card payment electronically without needing to wait months for a checkWhy can't a company like Hasbro do the same? Hasbro is Intentionally delaying the refund by taking over a month to send a check that was addressed to the wrong name hoping that I forget about it so they won't have to pay

I purchased a *** Rhino fire gun for my son's birthday and within a couple of months, could not get it to workI couldn't reach anyone by phone so sent an email to their support with the receipt attachedI didn't really expect to hear anythingHowever, within a couple of days I did receive a response apologizing for the issue and saying they would send a new rhino fireThey *** a new one and I had it within a couple of days! So impressed with their response and my child is thrilledCouldn't speak more highly of their customer support!

They have ignored complaints about one of their vendors ripping us costumers off!

Instead of regularly updating their Magic the Gathering prices on the site they prefer to simply dodge fulfilling orders and do not ship them then eventually cancel them IF you complain

Purchased a $Captain America Metal Shield Collectible and inside the box was the plastic version which was mispackaged in china by hasbrothey told me to send it in with their return label via *** and its been months now and they are telling me that it has not been scanned in and that they are not responsible for lost packageslegally they are responsible when a label is sent from someones account number it is not the customers job to follow up and make the claim they owe me $in exchange merchandise and they are not even sure if what they promised me is even in stock in the first place so its like playing a game here
