Terrible service, went to pick up clothes on a Saturday, got there minutes before closing and as soon as the attendant saw me get out of my car she ran and locked the door and would not let me pick up my clothes Keep in mind that you have to pre-pay here (never saw this for a dry cleaners before) so all she had to do was open the door and hand me my two pieces of clothing I told her that I needed it because I was traveling the next day and she said that it wasn't her problem Very rude service, she ended up opening the door to go home and ignored me

My suit was damaged during cleaning. Owner/manager refuses to honor warranty on the back of the receipt.I dropped off a silver suit on April 28, 2014 with a promised ready after date of April 30th after 5pm. I returned to pick up my suit on May 1st. After getting home, I saw that the suit had pink reddish spots all over the jacket and skirt and immediately called the cleaners and informed the female attendant that the suit was damaged and returned the suit to the cleaners at her request. I was told that she would have the suit re-cleaned. After 4 tries and 2 weeks later, my suit is still damaged. After speaking to the manager both on the phone and in person at the cleaners, he asked that I let them try one more time to get the suit cleaned. Specifically, on May 12th, I called before arriving at the cleaners to be sure that the suit was ready for pick up. The female attendant indicated that the suit had been "ran through" twice today, that she looked at it and that the suit was ready for pick up. I arrived at the cleaners, looked at the suit and it was clearly still damaged. After showing the female attendant and the owner/manager, [redacted] that the damages were still there, he said, let me try again. I explained that he had inconvenienced me long enough and explained that I wanted a refund as per the warranty statement on the back of the receipt. [redacted] offered me $6.40 cash which was a huge insult. The warranty statement indicates that "the company's liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it." The owner says that he will give store credit only, no cash refund. I explained to him that it was my first and last time ever using that cleaners and that the store credit would not replace my suit nor would it do me any good since I would not be using his cleaners any more. When I asked [redacted] why he would not honor the warranty on the receipt, he indicated that it is just printed there and that he does not have that policy. Desired SettlementI am seeking the full written warranty on the back of the receipt totaling $64.00.
