Your claims are false to my knowledge. Regarding your computer issue, a quick investigation of your account and history, I have no idea what you are referring to in your Revdex.com complaint. All of your claims are invalid unless there is something I am not aware of. You did purchase an AC Adapter and had your computer serviced in December 2015. I cannot understand why you would complain now about service provided 10 months ago, in December 2015. Attached is a copy of your complaint and a copy of your account history.

Greetings, Mountain Computer still fails to provide what I requested in my Revdex.com complaint. Mountain Computer here is inaccurately, falsely, damagingly, unreasonable, and illegally using quoting Veterans' suicides statistics as "suicide notes", which they clearly are not. According to the Reno Police Department, Mountain Computer "reached out to VA" with their inaccurate, false and damaging allegations is the crime of Disturbing the Peace as they made an improper statement to others. It is also the crime of Defamation as their claim to others is false. Regards.

Greetings, As a 100% service-connected disabled Veteran unable to drive, I am very dependent on a computer that properly works. I have repeatedly complained that Mountain Computers 1) installed and charged me for a computer power cord that doesn't properly work and, has still has not replaced it in spite of my several requests to do so, and 2) removed my screen saver and display fonts and sizes without my permission and, still has not replaced them in spite of my several requests to do so. [redacted] has only offered me his opinion that "Veterans act too entitled" and that quoting Veterans suicide statistics are "suicide notes." Mountain Computer still fails to provide what I have repeatedly requested and paid for. Regards

Our records indicate after a second and third review upon the initial attempt to contact the customer without any response or reply by telephone, that the customer made no contact with our company in the last 10 months. The product to our knowledge was fully functional for the last 10 months. Our customer logs do not show any other contact or request for warranty support within our 30 and 90 day policies after purchase and receipt.
We have contacted the local Revdex.com with our efforts, facts and findings, and guidance was provided. We appreciate the Revdex.com in this matter.
The customer may contact the manufacturer for the OEM hardware warranty support or purchase another laptop charger from an approved vendor and supplier of her computer. We apologize that the customer is not able to understand our company has done everything within reason.
This matter is now considered closed.
