I had a similar issue with One Shot Marketing, LLC! They reached out to use my FB fans since I'm an influencer and I am now left with a $586 balance on Facebook from One Shot running a marketing campaign under someone by the name of Misty Mason. Apparently the credit card they were using no longer was active and Facebook tried to charge my card for the balance!

Once I got that cleared, I've tried and tried to reach out to One Shot and have not been able to resolve this balance, nor get a response. My email correspondence was with a Peter, Phillip, Cheryl, and lastly a Joseph.

Now their website is completely down...and their number is a google voice number that no one picks up.

I've definitely been scammed and do not recommend One Shot Marketing, LLC if you are a social media influencer.

Didn't get to give them one star on my review

OneShot Marketing paid me $200 to gain access to my Facebook Ads manager so they could run campaigns for other companies (already sketchy), claiming I may make $500-$1,000 per week and gain new customers. Turns out there is a reason they say Facebook considers their tactics too "aggressive": They got my ads manager blocked for over 6 weeks for a violation of Facebook's terms TWICE ! Facebook said it was suspicious activity, so I assume they were trying to spam my followers.

They stopped emailing/replying to me, never paid the additional $500, and I actually had to pay another $22 for THEIR advertisement with MY money before finally deleting their advertiser privileges (because the credit card they gave me was cancelled/invalid).

I suppose I made a net profit of $178 but it wasn't worth it, since risking my Facebook Ads account being permanently disabled would be a serious liability to my business credibility and marketing potential. One more reason not to take short-cuts in life: it's usually a scam. Trust your gut.

Review: I was referred to this company through a friend via email. The email included a brief introduction of the OneShot Marketing's initiatives and expressed incentives for joining their movement. After looking over the email and asking the friend who referred me a few personal questions about his experience with the so far, I decided to give it a try. All communication took place via email and a few of my doubts were laid to rest because the staff that they have responded to emails very promptly. However, I soon found out that it was nothing short of any other scam. The initial email included a very detailed set of steps to take to sign-up with their advertising company via the [redacted] mobile app (I still have all of these emails and they may be furnished upon request for further verification). The salutation at the end of the email reads: "And remember, don't worry! There's absolutely no rush to your personal info, and we will only be accessing your ads account! Thanks! **." I was signed up successfully and was also given $50 for two accounts I had referred to them who registered as well. I continued to refer friends of mine to look into the company, as well but over the course of a few weeks I never received the referral money. I emailed [redacted] and his staff on multiple occasions before someone followed up with me. When they did, they explained that they were only accepting certain accounts, which is fine but it was said in a harsh condescending tone and they closed their argument by saying "We will not tell you this again." I followed up by expressing my frustration for their lack of communication in the first place and blatant disrespect for someone who is supposed to be providing customer service. I also expressed that because of the way that situation was handled, I did not want them to have access to my [redacted] account anymore. That's when the representative said that in order to opt-out of that, I'd have to pay back the money I was given. This was not initially expressed.Desired Settlement: Because of the lack of evidence of this "catch" to allowing OneShot Marketing LLC access to my account and the poor communication and interpersonal skills of the founder and staff; It is my right as a consumer to be able to have my personal information kept confidential and I am not responsible for paying back the initial $100 or the $50 for the referred accounts because this was not a stipulation that was made clear, prior. Even when I requested some form of proof of this, they denied.
