Greatest moving experience I could have imagined , done this plenty of times before and this was a breeze Charged less than I was quoted everything showed up , in perfect condition ,and on time What more can you ask for Thanks guys!
I contracted with One Shot Move to move my belongings from the home I was selling in Mentone, CA to a storage unit in Westlake Village, CA on 3/23/The process was very slow and I kept having to remind them about certain areas in the houseThey repeatedly dropped items out of cabinets and I had to walk behind them to pick upI mentioned it and the guy in charge said he would tell them to be more carefulAt around I advised them that they still had my whole closet and the whole kitchen to packThey seemed surprised but started to packA little while later they asked me if I knew that they would be charging me for boxesI had no ideaThat was not discussedThey said that wardrobe boxes alone would be about $per boxI was very upset and asked them to just stop where they were and start preparing the truck to depart as it had already been an all day process and now I was being charged for boxes! They said that they never leave the boxes unless I rent them or buy themI
