Review: This company improperly towed my SUV. I have AWD, which means the vehicle should have been flatbedded. Instead, it was towed via wheel lift and the differential in the car was damaged. It cost me $2500 to have repaired. My car was towed from a residential parking lot. The [redacted] refuses to admit he towed my car improperly and does not want to reinburse me for the damage I incurred. I am now out of $2500 as a result of an improper procedure.Desired Settlement: I had to pay $135 to retrieve my car. I want my money back as well as 1/2 of the cost of repairs.
