I am a bit of a worrier. I have trust issues. I'll just go ahead and put that out there.

We had some roof damage from a recent storm and we only found out because the leak came into one of our rooms. It damaged the interior ceiling and two of the walls half way down to the floor. I was pretty stressed out by the time I called One Source Roofing and Remodeling to get help with our roof leak. I was worried about mold growing behind the walls. That stuff just scares me!

Dalles W[redacted], the most amazing project manager ever, from One Source Roofing and Remodeling came out and checked the roof and the interior damage and explained what needed to be fixed, how they'd fix it, and gave a rough estimate of the costs. Once we agreed that we wanted to proceed with his services he then helped me understand what to do next. When the insurance claims person came out I asked Dalles to meet him at our house and walk around and look at everything with him. I had had a bad experience with an insurance claims rep in the past and wanted someone I could trust representing my best interest and the well-being of my home. Dalles showed up on time and did the walk-through with the rep. He then stayed after and talked through the paper work that the claims rep left behind for me to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with it. He then talked me through what my options were to move forward from there.

Once we got the funding to replace the roof and repair the inside of our house Dalles arranged for all of the materials to show up, the crew to begin, and the clean up to take place in one day. It was like nothing I'd ever seen before. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and worked so hard. I was worried about them being exhausted and sore the next day because they were working so hard. They were amazing! The roof looks beautiful! They got the work done when they said they would, with excellent quality, and professional and courteous service. I feel safer when it storms now. I am no longer stressed and worried about a secret mold outbreak happening behind my walls.

The One Source Team was AMAZING! I am so grateful to them for their speed and quality of work.

Dalles W[redacted] deserves a good samaritan award, or at the very least project manager of the year award, because he took the time to patiently deal with ALL of my questions, help put my mind at ease, and assure me that he and his crew would do the very best to make sure my house was restored to perfect health - and he delivered. He made something that would have normally caused me extreme stress seem like something that wasn't so scary after all. I'm beyond grateful to him for his kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and patience. He basically held my hand through the whole process making me feel safe and secure. He kept me informed, checked-in with me and delivered everything he said he would. Awesome project management, awesome service, awesome work. I could not be any happier with One Source Roofing and Remodeling and Dalles W[redacted]'s work!
