Customer came into our shop on 12/24/to purchase two *** watt box modsOne of the ***'s was for another person known as Customer
Customer came into the shop or 12/30/with a "sticking" button issue
Richard R***, owner of the store, attempted for minutes to try and replicate the issue that was described to Customer from Customer with no successNo return was offered due to the fact that Richard was not able to replicate the problem describedOur return policy states that we will honor returns if the product is defective through the manufacturerAs stated before the problem could not be replicated in our shop so no return was honoredminutes after the unit was trouble shooted with no avail, Richard received a call from Customer threatening the business and defamation of nameminutes after Customer left the store, Richard encountered Customer which was interested in the product that Customer was trying to returnAs a courtesy Richard contacted Customer at his place of employment letting him know that he would return the product due to Customer 3's interest in the *** watt box modRichard attempted to go out of his way to help out Customer Customer said he would return the *** on 12/31/since Customer was interested in the productCustomer never came in to return the product1/12/Received a letter from the Revdex.com stating the complaintOne Step Above, LLC
