Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Do not be fooledAs of yesterday a tech came to my home to repair this broken refrigerator that has been leaking and also ruined the wood on my kitchen floors since I bought itWhoever wrote this response is a bald faced liarThose policies were not listed all over the store as the owner himself asked me if his mom ever showed me or told me about the policyIf they are ALL THROUGHOUT the store they just did it because of my complaintFurthermore, I was told that the refrigerator was there for days but in the response it says monthsThis business is fraudulent and as I stated before unprofessional especially when the owner explains that since he isn't sleeping with me that he doesn't have to explain anything to meThe receipt has no policy on it either (I'm sure they'll change that now that I'm speaking on it also) anywhere on itI am also in contact with the young lady I spoke about in my complaint and they haven't resolved her issue eitherThey lie to get you to buy and then keep your moneyOh and by the way, the handle still doesn't stay on the refrigerator as wellYou all should never list themThey're whole family is pathetic and I feel sorry for themVery sorry

Our store policy is clearly posted in multiple locations throughout the store The policy states in bold black letters "No Cash Refunds" We offer a day warranty on all appliances that are purchased at a price over $ Our warranty provides an exchange or repair The error on the refrigerator was a known issue as it was showing on the display at the time when the customer was previewing the appliance When the refrigerator is plugged in, the message shows on the display and the fridge has been plugged in continuous for at least 2-months up to the time of purchase In line with our policy, we offered both an exchange and service to the customer after she called with her complaint.She refused both.It has taken extensive interactions with our entire team with this customer to address her issue in a manner where we could try to reach a resolution.She has been irate, uncooperative and extremely difficult to communicate with.Nevertheless, we sent out a professional appliance repair technician on two visitsThe first visit, he repaired the error message and made a diagnosis that reservoir bottle needed to be replaced The second visit, the technician replaced the reservoir bottle and the refrigerator is working excellently.The only thing that has not been verified is the function of the icemaker, which we do not guarantee That is also stated in our policy as we sell used appliances and have no way to test nor guarantee the functionality of icemakers.We regret that the customer did not have a superior experience with our company as we strive to be fair and above board with everyone we do business with We are hopeful that she will enjoy her premium refrigerator (MSRP $3600) that she got at an incredible discount of 75% the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price

Whoever wrote this response is a bald faced liar. Those policies were not listed all over the store as the owner himself asked me if his mom ever showed me or told me about the policy. If they are ALL THROUGHOUT the store they just did it because of my complaint. Furthermore, I was told that the refrigerator was there for 3 days but in the response it says months. This business is fraudulent and as I stated before unprofessional especially when the owner explains that since he isn't sleeping with me that he doesn't have to explain anything to me. I am also in contact with the young lady I spoke about in my complaint and they haven't resolved her issue either. They lie to get you to buy and then keep your money. Oh and by the way, the handle still doesn't stay on the refrigerator as well. You all should never list them. They're whole family is pathetic and I feel sorry for them. Very sorry.
