Rove it again and reposition the plugWhen he left we realized the stove top would no lightHe came back a day later and stated "he could not get a part off the oven which had put on" he told me he had to get s part and would be back on Friday or MondayThat would have been May or When I realized he had not come on Fri and Mon was a holiday I assumed he would be there on the TuesdayI started calling that afternoon and finally received s call the following Sunday May He told me he would be there Tues or WedHe never came and after many calls to the service he called and said to stop calling as he was very busy and may not be out till next week I had someone else come out who found he had not placed all the screws back & the regulator was fin

Tech was on time and fixed stove with no issues. Would highly recommend
