Tuesday March 7, 2017Dear Ms. W[redacted] and the Revdex.com,According to our records, Ms. N[redacted] did bring her 2000 Pontiac Bonneville into our shop on Saturday February 18, 2017 for an issue with the brakes. The technician,...

who is also the owner of One Stop Auto Repair, found the brake lines to be severely rusted and leaking brake fluid. He then contacted Ms. N[redacted] with an estimate which she approved and he replaced two brake lines from the middle of the vehicle to the rear brake hoses. The customer picked the vehicle up the same day. Ms. N[redacted] returned Saturday March 25, 2017 stating she had an antifreeze leak. The same technician who replaced the brake lines also inspected the vehicle for an antifreeze leak. He put the cooling system under pressure to determine where if any coolant was leaking from. He found the upper intake plenum to be slightly leaking antifreeze, as well as, the rusted coolant bypass tube. Both leaks are located near the top of the motor and both were minor at the time the vehicle was inspected but the technician did inform the customer the leaks would eventually get worse. The customer asked if any of the radiator hoses or the radiator were Leaking and the technician told the customer neither were leaking at the moment. The technician then took Ms. N[redacted] back into the shop to her vehicle and showed her where both small leaks were. He also pointed out to her a small fuel leak she has due to rusted fuel lines and an unsafe repair previously made to another fuel line on top of the motor by another mechanic or repair shop. The technician gave Ms. N[redacted] an estimate to repair both the antifreeze leak and the fuel leak and she refused both repairs and left with her vehicle. We at One Stop Auto Repair are a small family owned company who have been in business for almost 10 years and we take great pride in our repairs. We offer very reasonable pricing for good quality work. The technician who worked on Ms. N[redacted]'s vehicle has been an employed mechanic in and around the Cleveland area for twenty years and is very knowledgeable at what he does. The antifreeze leak and the fuel teak, just like the original brake fluid leak, are all due to wear and tear over time on the vehicle. We had absolutely no fault in the issues Ms. N[redacted] has had with her vehicle since it left One Stop Auto Repair; however, we are still willing to repair her vehicle at the original estimate offered to her if she decides to get it fixed in the future. We would also be happy to show her again where the leaks are coming from and that they are nowhere near the brake lines that were originally replaced. Ms. N[redacted] can give us a call any time during regular business hours to set up an appointment. If you or anyone at the Revdex.com have any further questions, please feel free to give me a call at ([redacted] Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays from 9am-3pm. Thank you, Vanessa K[redacted] Co-Owner
