Revdex.com spoke with Jerry from the businessThis has been resolved directly with the customer

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's offer If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedIf the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [email protected] Regards, [redacted]

This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced! I got a call around 12:that the parts for my car were in & that it would be ready by the end of the dayI left work early without pay (because I work minutes away & they won't stay open past 5) & when I walk in, the receptionist tells me that the parts didn't fit! Well, even if the mechanics took their lunch break first, then started on my car, they would have known by or so that the parts didn't fitI should have received a callThey refuse to take my hourly rate off the bill (less than $off of $960)Plus, now I have to leave work an hour early again! I will NOT be a repeat customer

I am
rejecting this response because: Basically this business is doing so much cricketand wrong I drove all the way to turlock because I had my *** Liberty yr broke down and needed a motor the owners who are couple but the wife had promised me a warranty and if motor was NEVER INSTALLED she would refund me completely not to worry she said the only reason they were selling motor was because vehicle was in a bad accident and they didn't want to fix it they knew I was driving hours away when I got there her husband said he couldn't start the motor because he had took the started out of car which I know was a red flag but again she was giving me this warranty so I figured it was fine. That day I left her a partial part of money and told her I'd be back at end of week to pick up motor and pay remaining she said it was fine they still needed to remove it.When I got there that Saturday they were in a hurry they wanted the money fast and they wanted to leave he loaded motor and I left then I had left it with my mechanic but he had told me hey this motor is missing so many parts so I traveled back then it was missing the frywheel and camshaft sensor when they were about to install the motor the motor had water in it and it had like some chocolately substance in it not only that I told her I called *** personally and they said only a year fits my vehicle this vehicle you cannot put in another year she wanted me at force to put this motor in it at that point I didn't want to deal with it she was a total of hrs away from me roundtrip and it was constant lies with that in the end she was demanding my receipts I have everything recorded this company is very cricket.I want my full refund I was lied to I spent so much in travel and stress I was like or no pregnant not in conditions to deal with everything these people were putting me through

yes, I refunded the customer only charged her a re-stocking feeAnyones else wouldn't have done soShe was refunded almost 90% of the cost .The motor was never installedI also offered her installation she knew her car had more issues than the motor That's all I can say

Had our 1994 [redacted] towed into One Stop Auto. Car would start but would not drive. They kept the car for two weeks and said it needed a new transfer case for $1100. We said ok. After they supposedly put in a new transfer case they said that wasn't the problem. They said for $700 we can check further to see what the problem is. We said no thank you. So we paid them $1100 and the car did not get fixed. It still cannot be driven. On Monday 1/19/15 we paid and asked for our car back. They said they would tow it back to our house. Today is Tuesday 1/20 and they called and said they would try and get it back to us Wednesday. We asked for the old parts back and they said they couldn't find them except for one $100 part.I doubt they ever replaced the transfer case as they could not produce the old part. Now we are still out a car and $1100.....Desired SettlementI would like my money back as they did not fix the car and could not produce the part they supposedly replaced.

One Stop Auto has been great! They are honest and know their cars. They towed my car for free and saved me from huge hassle. I trust them and will use them again. When they fix something...it is fixed! That's why the name, ONE STOP Auto ! ","pos-1

On 12/2/13 we contracted with One Stop Auto Repair to fix the transmission on our 2006 [redacted] 4x4. The shop has not only failed to repair our vehicle, but has refused to return our vehicle to us. We've also demanded that they cease all repair functions to which they've flatly said no. Our primary complaints include, but are not limited to:1) Failure to fix the transmission. The car still sits at their facility, unrepaired nearly six weeks after taking possession2) Refusing to cease work at our request once it became evident that the shop could not repair the car.3) Refusing to release the car to us4) Lying about parts purchases including their statements that all internal parts were to be new OEM. Later, once caught in a blatant lie, the shop owner admitted to using aftermarket parts.5) The shop claims that once it had rebuilt the transmission, the "new radiator" they installed leaked at the top and needed to be replaced. Later, we learned the real issue was that after the shop had installed the rebuilt tranny (assuming it was rebuilt) the radiator leaked coolant into the transmission, necessitating the removal of the transmission for cleaning. This problem has nothing to do with the top of the radiator; rather, specific parts of the cooling system have corroded allowing fluid to leak into the tranny. They failed to fix this before reinstalling the "rebuilt tranny." 6) The shop's excuses continually change for why the car isn't being fixed. One excuse they've used is that our parts are on back order from Nissan. Not only is this not true, but they never once ordered parts from Nissan. When confronted with this revelation, the shop owner acknowledged this to be true.7) Another excuse used is that the shop owner was gone for 3 weeks during repairs to our vehicle; therefore, he couldn't oversee repairs properly7) The claimed that they ordered parts, charging us their cost. Again, not true.8) We gave the shop a $2,500 deposit towards repairs that they cannot complete.9) much mor.Product_Or_Service: transmission rebuildDesired SettlementWe would like our $2500 deposit returned along with our original used parts. The shop should immediately cease all repair functions as we fear broader damage. Once our car is returned we will seek out another more qualified facility to handle repairs. The shop offered to pick up the cost of a new part they claim is needed, but at this point we don't believe the shop possesses the necessary expertise to correctly fix our car.
