My car stopped on Rockside Rd the morning of Jan29thI had my car towed to this service shopA week went by and we were told there were issues with our warranty company and that was the first delayFrom then on we called every day asking about the needed repairsEvery day we were given a different summary of needed repairsThree weeks later my car was still not running properly and were paid $and we still don't know what he (Jeff) actually did to our carI didn't have my car for weeks!! Further, when my car stopped, I had filled up my gas tank the night beforeI would like to know why my tank was on "E" when I got my car backNow today, my car is back in the shop, being repaired by a real mechanicThis was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a mechanicI am so disappointed
