Great work and ready to pick up on the day they estimated Their prices are reasonable I have recommended them to family and friends

I was quoted a price for the service I neededHowever, my debit card was over charged by $ I requested my refund of *** an employee who said he saw the over charge but could not refund it, therefore, I would have to speak with Randell the owner Once I finally was able to find Randell at the location he refused to discuss the matter and allow *** to yell and cuss as he physically and aggressively rushed into my comfort zone pointing at the door telling to get out or he was going to call the cops, for me criminal trespassingI was not refunded instead I was disrespected and ask not to ever return were I had done business for or more year and made referral that end in service rendered Although recently One Stop Automotive left one of the customers I referred unsatisfied and overcharged as well Please consider the treatments we have received and do business else where

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/08/06) */
6/20/11 CUSTOMER CAME IN REGARDING A COOLANT LEAK. FOUND BY PASS [redacted] HOSE LEAKING AND RECOMMENDED REPAIR. WE ADVISED HIM VEHICLE MAY OVER HEAT IF NOT REPAIRED. CUSTOMER DECLINED AT THE TIME AND DROVE OVER A 1000 MILES BEFORE REPAIR WAS...

COMPLETE. SHORTLY AFTER, THE CUSTOMER RETURNED AND FOUND A LEAKY HEAD GASKET DUE TO VEHICLE OVERHEATING. 11/28/11 WE REPLACED THE HEAD GASKET, ALL COOLING SYSTEM COMPONENTS AND MACHINED THE HEAD. CUSTOMER MADE PAYMENTS FOR THE REPAIR, AND WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING EVEN WHEN HE DID NOT MEET OUR AGREEMENT AND TOOK 5 MONTHS TO PAY. WE USUALLY DO NOT EXCEPT PAYMENTS FOR SERVICE, BUT MR [redacted] WAS HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME. 9/14/12 VEHICLE INSPECTED FOR AN OIL LEAK. FOUND DISTRIBUTOR SHAFT LEAKING. RECOMMEND NEW DISTRIBUTOR, CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIRS AT THE TIME. 9/27/12 DISTRIBUTOR WAS REPLACED AND ONLY CHARGED CUSTOMER FOR PART AND WAIVED LABOR EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND OVER TWO YEARS HAD PASSED. RECOMMEND OIL CHANGE AT THE TIME AND CUSTOMER DECLINED. 1/22/15 VEHICLE CAME IN WITH CODE P1259 - NO OIL ON THE DIPSTICK. RECOMMEND AN OIL CHANGE. 6/8/15 CUSTOMER CAME IN DUE VEHICLE RUNNING ROUGH AND HE ADVISED US HE MAY BE LOW ON OIL. FOUND VEHICLE LOW ON OIL AND SIGNS OF A LEAKY HEAD GASKET. DUE TO HIGH MILLAGE OF 199,538 WE RECOMMEND ENGINE REPLACEMENT AND NOT HEAD GASKET REPAIR. CUSTOMERS INSURANCE DECLINED THE TEAR DOWN TO FIND OUT CAUSE. CYLINDER SLEEVE MAY HAVE MOVED CAUSING THE ISSUES OR HEAD MAY BE WARPED DUE TO CUSTOMER OVER HEATING VEHICLE FROM LACK OF OIL. CUSTOMER WAS FINE WITH US DOING THE WORK UNTIL HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NOT COVER THE TEAR DOWN UP FRONT AND IT WOULD BE HIS RESPONSIBILITY. WE OFFERED THE TEAR DOWN AND TO HAVE THE INSURANCE COMPANY INSPECT IT. IF WE HAD ANY INTENTIONS ON COVERING OURSELVES DUE TO DISHONESTY, WHY WOULD WE OFFER FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO INSPECT VEHICLE. CUSTOMER STATED "TEAR IT DOWN AND I'LL SUE THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO FIX IT" WHEN EXPLAINED THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RELEASE THE VEHICLE WITHOUT PAYMENT, MR [redacted] WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THAT AND SAID HE WOULD PICK UP THE VEHICLE. HE REQUESTED ALL SERVICE RECORDS. I ADVISED HIM IT WOULD BE ABOUT 80 PAGES FROM THE PAST 10 YEARS AND THAT I COULD PUT IT ALL ON A DISK FOR HIM AND HE DECLINED. I GAVE HIM A COPY OF THE INVOICE #[redacted]. THAT IS HOW HE OBTAINED THE INFO HE PROVIDED IN THIS COMPLAINT. HE READ OFF EVERYTHING FROM IT, EVEN THE PART NUMBERS. SO MR [redacted] HAS THAT INVOICE IN HIS POSSESSION. MR [redacted] SEEMED TO BE HAPPY UNTIL HE FOUND OUT THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY MAY NOT COVER REPAIRS. IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 4 YEARS SINCE THE HEAD GASKET REPAIR WAS PERFORMED. HIS SERVICE HISTORY SHOWS CONTINUE LACK OF MAINTENANCE AND HAS EVEN COME IN OVER 3000 MILES OVER THE LAST OIL CHANGE AND NUMEROUS TIMES THE OIL WAS SO LOW, IT WOULD NOT READ ON THE DIP STICK. IF A VEHICLE IS RAN LOW OF OIL, IT CAN CAUSE THE ENGINE TO RUN HOT AND CAN COMPROMISE THE HEAD GASKET BY WARPING THE HEAD. MR [redacted] HAS FOUND OUR SERVICE TO BE SATISFYING IN PAST, THAT WE EVEN REBUILT HIS TRANSMISSION AND HAVE PROVIDED SERVICE TO HIM FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. ONE STOP AUTOMOTIVE TAKES PRIDE IN OUR WORK AND OUR REPUTATION MEANS EVERYTHING TO US. IT SADDENS US TO RECEIVE OUR FIRST COMPLAINT FROM MR [redacted] WHEN WE HAVE GONE UP AND BEYOND OUR REGULAR SERVICE POLICIES FOR HIM.

This was fabulous customer service, as well as, you couldn't even tell anything was done to my vehicle- phenomenal phenomenal phenomena! They worked with me and my schedule!

The folks at One Stop Hydraulic Service are awesome, take their time to do it right, and know what they're doing. I'm on my way to get more parts for my JD tractor hydraulic spools.

To whom it may concern:

My son bought a car from One Stop Auto located in [redacted] Virginia and installed an expensive stereo system. He was out of work and the vehicle was repossessed, we made a deal with the owner [redacted] to get the vehicle back, on 5/11/2013. When I paid the $800 dollars cash to [redacted] (the owner) on 5/11/13 the stereo system was still in the vehicle. We made an agreement that the remaining $660 dollars will be paid by 5/18/2013. I called ahead (big mistake) and told [redacted] (the secretary) and told her that we will bring the remainder of the payment there today (5/17 instead of 5/18). We took the remaining $660 dollars cash to the [redacted] office and paid on 5/17/13.

After we paid [redacted] (the secretary) told us that the sound system was not in the vehicle and that [redacted] (the owner) made a mistake and took the stereo system out of the wrong vehicle and sold the system. She further indicated that he would replace it with another (inferior less valuable) stereo system. In fact, there was no radio in the vehicle, and when they attempted to put a radio in the vehicle before we left, the radio did not work. We were told that we would need to take the vehicle to the Chevy dealer to get the code reset and/or unlocked by the Chevy dealer, so we left with no working radio in the vehicle.

When we got the vehicle home I called [redacted] (the owner and left a message) and called [redacted] (the secretary) and told her that this was unacceptable because the main reason we worked so hard to get the vehicle back was because wanted the vehicle back with all the stereo equipment inside the vehicle. We wanted the vehicle back in the same condition it was in when the vehicle was repossessed. Further, it appears that they ripped the system out of the vehicle so fast that they did not have time to properly reinstall the rubber molding around the inside of the doors.

I have attempted to contact [redacted] (the owner) on several occasions however; he will not return any calls. I left messages on his cell phone and with [redacted] (the secretary) and suggested that [redacted] (the owner) tell whoever he sold the system to, that he made a mistake and sold that person the wrong system and give that person the other system however, I have never gotten a response. I also spoke with [redacted] (the secretary) on several occasions and she said that she would make sure he gets the messages. As of today May 20, 2013 I have not gotten a response.

.

Respectfully,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like the system back and/or the cost of equal value to replace the system plus the cost to reinstall the system. The cost of taking the vehicle to the Chevy dealer to have the radio unlocked and the cost to properly reinstall the rubber molding around the doors

sometime last week, a friend referred me to One stop Automotive shop for Windscreen repair and Ac repair, Unknown to me , wasnt aware if one stop had the license to operate glass repair or Ac repair..He billed me $300....which I paid him.I complained to him, water was getting into the car and the ac isnt working, he told me he would take the windscreen out and buy a used part Ac compressor, left him the car for 3 days to verify the job would be done, to my surprise the Ac wasnt replaced, the Windscreed and door window was still leaking water, I later went back and asked for a refund or do the job again, he didnt feel sober, he yelled @me and said the car is rusted and he would charge me an extra cash to fix it again..I later when to [redacted] Auto Glass in dudley, within an Hour, my car window and windscreen was fixed and even with the heavy rainfall, there wasnt any leakage,.....Also I realized [redacted] auto was cheaper and faster, [redacted] auto charged me $65 for the water leakage yet One stop auto charged me $300 and refused to refund me and also telling me it would cost me more money to get my car fixed again......he defrauded me of parts and labor and this shdnt be happening....I have both receipts for One Stop Automotive who defrauded me and [redacted] auto glass.......Product_Or_Service: Windscreen, window leakage and Ac CompressorDesired Settlementi would like a refund of $300 since I got the job done somewhere else with a Registered and licensed office for $65.......compare to One Stop Automotive who charged me $300 for parts and labor that didnt take place and defrauded me.....leaving my car soaked and moistyBusiness Response This is Bill Maldonado from One Stop Automotive, Webster MA. AT the time of this complaint my shop was not open for business. I was here cleaning up and getting ready to open. I had someone here who was helping at the time who happens to be friends with Mr. [redacted]. As a favor I agreed to do work to the Volvo, the car of Mr. [redacted], in which was bought from an auction. We fixed what we thought was the problem but it turned out to be more than we thought. He brought his own parts in for me to do the job but they were the wrong parts so I needed to order the right parts. I told him numerous times to bring the car back to fix what was wrong but he didn't.If there is any more questions or info needed please feel free to contact me. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I want my refund ...as the job was completed somewhere else for less and I have the receipts of the job...He took money for what he didn't do...so am not satisfied ..and the car wasn't bought from the auction as an excuse ...he wasn't licensed to the job that's the problem
