Review: I dropped my car off for repairs at the end of September and the repairs are still not completed.My experience was supposed to be a 4-5 day job to fix my car.(It's currently November 15) Owner never returns phone calls you have to show up and hope he is there. Employees are of no help either in locating him... even if asked there is always an excuse so you are left with no real answer. I have been told specific dates and times my car would be done over the past month and a half and when having to arrive to find out the status, the progress was extremely minimal. When I arrived to pick up the car finally the whole front end is crooked and you can see my hood latch with the hood closed. He said he didn't notice. Feeling I needed a second opinion I went to another auto-body shop to see there take on his craftsman ship, they stated it was a very unprofessional job. They basically used a hammer to fix the radiator support that was and still is buckled on both ends, one of the fenders is all bondo (garbage) and the list goes on. I was told (by my second opinion) the structure of the body needed to be straightened ..that means everything put on... needs to be taken off... and aligned properly before reassembly (he doesn't have a machine for that in his shop I came to find out) I spent over 1000 dollars and waited... and still waiting for this to be fixed. I am getting the run around by this shop and lead to believe my car is done... At a loss for words on a solution to this but they have full payment from me.I cant afford another 3 months of waiting with this customer service and lack of consideration. This was supposed to be a 4-5 day job including a 2 week wait for parts to arrive. Please look at the reviews on yelp... my complaint is justified.Desired Settlement: Based on the fact the shop decided to give me a hood and fender mostly made of bondo and the alignment of the front bumper is off roughly an inch, the new radiator support is not new by any means...etc.I respectfully would like to request full refund for not upholding contractual agreement.*Note: I have payment receipts but I don't own a scanner.

Review: I took my car in on a tuesday and they said it would be ready on Wednesday I waited and no response.I tried calling thursday,friday,saturday,sunday and there was no answer so I went in on monday and he wasn't there and a guy said he hasn't been there for a while so I got my car back and they said they would call me when I could bring it in. so they called me a week later and said I could bring it in on tuesday again so I brought it in again and he said that it would be ready the same day. so I waited no call wednsday no call so I went in again and he wasnt there I asked if I could get my car and they didn't have a key so I couldn't get my car. I still don't have my car and I am very upset, I put a down payment of 700 dollars so he has my money and my car.Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed for what I have down and no more because it has already cost me 5 days of work and alot of stress
