Review: I purchased a Iphone 4 from this provider on October [redacted], 2013. Over the next 4 weeks I had to return two phones due to the first one being another users phone, and logged into their account. Unable to activated without that users password. The second phone had a deactivated serial number from [redacted] due to an unknown nature. Possibly stolen as I was informed. The third phone worked for about a month, and a half and then just quit working. Numerous emails during this one month process were exchanged including a final email upon the inefficacy of the third phone I received. I was informed to return the phone, at my cost, and I would receive a full refund of $240.00 for the return of my phone. I sent the phone back on March [redacted], 2014. After that the company has avoided my emails, and still to date I have not received the refund as agreed in writing (email).I am immensely displeased with this companies lack of ethics, and wish to have monies returned to me as promised.Desired Settlement: At this point of battling with them over countless emails I want to just receive my money, and take it as a lesson learned.
