Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaintIn Regards to the store owner ***, when he called me and discussed the things needed to be fixed on my vehicle after he put my car on a scale he made it seem as if he was fixing everything I disclosed with himThe problems he fixed obviously didn't apply to the issues that we discussed, because the problems my vehicle had still existOne of [redacted] employees whispered to me that "You need a motor mount" I asked him how much does that cost and he replied "at least $for labor." If that is the case why didn't this get fixedThis could be the reason why my car has start -up issues [redacted] also told me himself that I will need a new crank shaft censorI feel as if the company took it upon themselves to treat me as an unsatisfied customer, because I payed with a government issued voucherThe minor issues that were fixed had nothing to do with the actual complaints I spoke with [redacted] aboutOne of my biggest issues I went over with [redacted] was that my car had start -up problems [redacted] did NOT fix that priority issue instead he fixed other things such as the alignment, oil change, spark plugs, wires, and distributor capsBefore I took my vehicle to get repaired at Firestone three months before my vehicle had just got a major tune up done by a mechanic named ***, so I feel as that wasn't a major priorityMy motor mount and my crank shaft wasRight after my vehicle was repaired I felt my alignment being worse than it was when I took it in to get repaired, I also have oil leaks and I don't understand how if they just gave me a new oil changeThat's like giving a customer a refill on their drink, but their cup has a hole in it, and instead of giving them a new cup you give them the same cup but a new clean and clear drinkI took it upon myself and my two attempts to go back to the company for help in resolving these issues, but it was no goodI'm not asking for a refund I payed with free money basically, but I attend college, I have a three year old son that attends daycare, and my vehicle is what I rely onI just ask if the company would fix the problems on my vehicle that I originally discussed
