Mr. [redacted] came in today. We showed him how to change the lug nuts. You have to pull the wheel covers off to do it. We gave him an oil change and he should be happy. Thanks [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke a manager at Bush Auto Place about these issues and he did not wish compromise at all.  He thinks that Bush Auto Place went far and beyond their responsibilities after purchasing a new/used car from their car dealership.  This is truly a same and since no one wishes to re-talk about my physical, mental, and just plain tired suffering since I purchased this vesicle still under 30 days; I will resolve in another matter.   The car had these same issues before I purchased the 2008 Pontiac Solstice per a Workbench Vesicle Report and If I was able get a copy I am sure Bush Auto Place has seen the report also.  This is plain neglect that caused me avoidable mental and physical stress due to my last doctor's visit on May 07, 2015.  My blood pressure was very elevated due to avoidable stress caused by all the extra physical work I had to go through before reporting to work for the past two-weeks.      When speaking to manager at Bush Auto Place he just kept repeating, "I think your claim is Outrageous, Ridiculous, and focused  on all that they had to pay for which they should have tested and repaired before they sold the car to anyone, even me. The car came with a 3 month warranty plus they sold me four year warranty, in which I want to be free of charge, because if I do decide to keep this vesicle it is the only way I would feel safe driving it around town to work and/or out of state, which I purchased it for, too.   The warranty cost $1,885.00 be deducted from the combined price and $3115.00 I am asking for stress, pain, and suffering due to negligence.  .  [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards,[redacted]

Chris, here is a copy of the e-mail I sent [redacted] this morning concerning the vehicle we sold her. I think I addressed her concerns in this e-mail, also I think you will find some iss[redacted] were brought on because she did not trust the service dept. at [redacted], which were authorized to work on...

the vehicle. Also I  have no idea as to why she sent the vehicle to [redacted] . I feel we have gone above what is reasonable to assist this lady and her concerns. Please let me know if I can be of any further help. Bill M[redacted] Used Car Mgr. Bush Auto ###-###-####-----Original Message-----From: bm[redacted]@bushauto.comSent: Monday, May 4, 2015 10:52amTo: [redacted]Subject: concernsHello [redacted],                      Les shared your e-mail with me and I thought I would let you know that I investigated your concerns and would share my findings with you. I understood it first went to [redacted]  than [redacted] and they checked it out but you did not trust them. Even though [redacted] did not repair your vehicle there was still a fee of $ 109.00 for them to diagnose the problem, which Mr. [redacted] covered. Then we had it towed here to do the work that [redacted] could have done because they honored that warranty but you did not trust them so we paid $ 200.00 to have that towed here. The sensor that came on after it was delivered to Reynoldsburg cost approx. $ 400.00 . The warranty company paid all of that except for $ 149.00 that Mr. [redacted] paid  so the charge would not have to be paid by you.. I ensure you that had we known the check engine light would come back on that vehicle would have never left our shop with out being repaired.  It was not a simple reset of a light, a sensor had to be replaced. The total for those above referenced  was $ 458.00. I also talked to Mr. [redacted] about the flat towing of the vehicle and he said he told you because of the cost of that we would be having drivers return the vehicle and also it would be an opportunity to test drive it to make sure the repairs were completed.   You also stated in your e-mail that you paid $ 14,734.00 for your car, if you check your paperwork you will find that you paid $ 12,599.00 plus tax, title license doc fee and a service agreement for it. We always strive to make sure our customers are happy [redacted] and I think we have made  efforts to see that in your situation we did.  Thank you, Bill M[redacted] Used Car Mgr.
