Hello [redacted] ***-This dispute was resolved on September 10th, We hired a concrete specialist [redacted] to fix the crack on [redacted] propertyShe was satisfied as [redacted] cut another joint and did a concrete overlayI had left you a message back in the beginning of October to notify you of thisCan you please contact me at [redacted] to let me know that you have received this.Thank you,Nikolas J [redacted] One Stop Construction and LandscapesProject Executive [redacted]

We had a difference of opinion on the dying bushes; we
believed that the bushes could be saved and thus eliminate the need for
replacing the bushes. We take our RevDex.com rating very seriously and are very proud of it. This is evident by her statement
“…I had to
have them come back several times to make corrections.” We came back every time she requested to make
the landscaping exactly how she wanted it.
While we differed on the bushes, if she had to have them replaced, we
will issue her a check for the $as she has requested

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The answer given to my complaint was not trueI had to have them come back to correct things that were not done right in the first place, not to how I wanted it.
I was told early in the spring they would come back and take out the dead bushes and replace when my water was on for the summerAs I stated I contacted them several times to do this and received no answer
I waited a month and had them removed by another company so the yard would not look badI feel waiting a month for a response was long enough.
The request for $ dollars compensation is to pay another company for removing the buses and replace them with something elseI need to receive compensation to purchase the new bushes and pay for the removal

We started our journey with One Stop back in March of We were needing landscaping done in the back of our house We had gotten several bids from other landscapers and One Stop was the cheapestLet me tell you, you get what you pay for They had to come back three times to fix our sprinkler systems Talk about a joke trying to get ahold of them as well We would have to leave several messages, and then they would tell us that so and so was coming on a certain day and would never show up We also wanted to have a flagstone walk way done, they showed us this amazing picture, and we were sold I'm not sure if it was someone else's work, but no one on their team could lay flagstone correctly and we again let them try to fix it three times before I had enough and wanted them to take the flagstone and just leave it as a gravel walk way At this time they told us they we were unable to return the flagstone, and we would still have to pay for it I had to finally call the owner and he said well what do you want me to do about it? Finally he agreed to take the flagstone back and refund our money, but we would have to pay a restocking fee At that time I was taking what I could get because it was incredibly difficult to get ahold of these peopleFinally we thought all the issues had subsided but when they were taking down our fence to bring back materials, and make a stone walk way they didn't put back our gate properly After several attempts trying to get ahold of them, they finally sent out a guy to check the gate out He said they would be in touch after weeks had gone by and several attempts to get a hold of someone, we heard back, and they told us that we were past our warranty, and they don't' believe that the gate was their fault Then they went on to state that we were harassing them, and their employees were scared Please don't use this company pay a little extra money and save yourself the headache If you do end up using this company take pictures of everything prior to the work being done, so that you have proof that things were installed incorrectly

Hello- The job is complete. [redacted] cut three additional joints. The overlay is a broom coat which does not require a sealant. The flaking by the shed is on existing concrete that we did not pour. A sealant is only required for decorative or stamped concrete. We have resolved the issue of the small crack at the joint. [redacted] is the concrete professional. If you have any further questions or comments please contact Nik [redacted].Thank you,

This company has major employee issues. There snow plow employees are threatening the public with violence if you get in their path. I and the several of the store fronts of at 4343 S Buckley Rd had to call the police on them due to the aggressiveness and actions of the employee. When I tried to call One Stop and inform them of their employees actions I had to leave a detailed message that has yet be return by the owner Jesse Alvera. Leaves you to wonder if he condones such actions

After receiving this complaint. I personally went and spoke with the homeowner and put him on our schedule to complete his work. There was a ton of confusion and miscommunication between us and the homeowner that needed to be sorted out. The sales counselor (Chris) who is no longer with us left a...

couple open project and we never received all the detail to close them out. This homeowner being one of them. We are about done with his project now, With  a couple small items to finish up by the end of the week. We feel after sorting this out the homeowner is happy with the outcome.

We will issue a check for $200.00 dollars to offset the cost of the removal of the dead bushes by another company.
